As Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust, Jay Mitchell oversees all property and market related activities including all development, acquisitions, leasing and asset management in the Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville and Charlotte markets.

Mr. Mitchell brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to DCT Industrial, with a specific focus in commercial and industrial real estate that has included various roles in brokerage, asset management, development and leasing. Prior to joining the team in 2016, Mr. Mitchell served as Senior Vice President, Regional Director for the past 12 years with IDI Gazeley a leading national operator and developer of industrial real estate. While there his team was responsible for the development of 10 million square feet of speculative and build to suit industrial facilities in addition to completing new and renewal leases totaling over 15 million square feet.

David Welch is a Partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall

responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its

build-to- suit programs. The firm structures ventures with public and private

entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to- suit

programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and

develop their facilities.

Mr. Welch overseas the redevelopment of Gillem Logistics Center, an 1168 acre

master planned logistics center that can accommodate more than 8 million square

feet of e-commerce and distribution facilities.

Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional

President for LNR Properties, LLC., where he had overall responsibility of all

acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio

included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million.

Before joining LNR Properties, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for

nearly thirteen years.

Mr. Welch started his commercial real estate career with CB Commercial where he

specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties.

Mr. Welch received a business degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA

from The George Washington University. He currently serves on the Board of

Directors for the Council for Quality Growth and is active with the National

Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Dayne serves as the company’s Atlanta Partner. He is responsible for business procurement, development management, leasing and day-to-day operations for the Atlanta office. Dayne has been an integral part of the execution of multiple build-to-suits and acquisitions throughout the country including build-to-suits for Georgia Pacific, Unilever, Caterpillar, Volkswagen, Helen of Troy and Hollister.

As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Core5, Lisa’s chief responsibilities include business development and capital deployment in the Southeastern United States. Her primary focus is on land acquisition, entitlement and development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities. A 30-year+ veteran of commercial real estate, Lisa’s career achievements include overseeing more than 33 million square feet of industrial investment sales and leases for a total market value in excess of $1.1 billion. Since 1997, she has consistently ranked among the top five industrial producers in Georgia by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). In 2017, under Lisa’s leadership, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked the Core5 Atlanta office as the #1 Commercial Real Estate Developer in the industrial category, with over 4.5 million square feet of new development for the year. Lisa holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition to active memberships with the ACBR and NAIOP, she is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Lisa acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Lisa’s past duties involved asset management, development, investment sales, and marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Lisa previously served in Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at DCT Industrial Trust and IDI (now IDI Logistics).

Mr. Ferdinand Seefried founded Seefried Properties in 1984 to develop industrial real estate,

focusing on locations near airports and targeting international freight forwarding and

transportation companies.

With Mr. Seefried's close ties to European financial institutions and leading international freight

forwarders, the company quickly emerged as the leader in warehouse development around

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Mr. Seefried has expanded from his origins as a

European capital investor in Southeastern U.S. commercial real estate to become one of the most

active builders of highly functional distribution and warehouse facilities in the United States.

Starting in the 1990s Mr. Seefried expanded his successful business to Orlando, Tampa, Dallas-

Ft. Worth, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.

Seefried Properties is now actively developing bulk distribution and air cargo warehouses in all

these markets. Mr. Seefried's vision for the company is to grow a significant presence in all

major U.S. distribution markets. The company has developed 60 million square feet of industrial

properties and is managing over 25 million square feet of warehouses.

Prior to starting Seefried Properties, Mr. Seefried served as an executive for Transatlantic Group,

a European based real estate advisory group. He was responsible for the acquisition and property

management of a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $450 million.

Mr. Seefried has served as a diplomat for his native Austria since 1989. He is Honorary Consul

General of Austria for Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. He is a member of the Capital City

Club Atlanta, the US Austria Chamber of Commerce New York and holds a Director position in

Stonebranch, Inc., Atlanta. Mr. Seefried is also a member of the Advisory Council of Emory

University, Department of German Studies and a board member of the Goethe Zentrum Atlanta.

Mr. Seefried holds a master's of business administration from the University of Munich.

Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters.

Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Mark Dishaw serves as a Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta market. His areas of expertise include development, acquisitions, asset management, construction management, marketing and financial analysis.

During his 30-year career, Mark has managed the development, leasing, acquisition and property management of over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at $600 million.

A seasoned commercial real estate leader with a strong track record of developing corporate and broker relationships, Corey Richardson is responsible for leasing and managing First Industrial's portfolio in the Atlanta region.

As Regional Director of First Industrial's Atlanta region, Mr. Richardson helps customers find the right solutions to grow their businesses or gain distribution efficiencies and leads the Company's operations in the region.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Richardson was a senior leasing/development officer for Duke Realty Corporation in Atlanta. In his role, he leased, managed and developed 3.6 million square feet of a 9.1 million square-foot industrial, flex and single story office portfolio. Previously, Mr. Richardson worked at Holder Properties Inc. in Atlanta as a director of business development. There he developed, coordinated, and managed the strategic sales, marketing, and business development initiatives of this privately-held real estate development firm.

Mr. Richardson earned his bachelor of arts in economics from the College of William and Mary, his masters of sports administration from Ohio University, and his international masters of business administration from Southern Cross University.

He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.

Bob Johnson is a Senior Director with Marcus & Millichap's National Office and Industrial Properties Group, specializing in office and industrial investment sales and leasing. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Johnson served at JLL as a leader on the Southeast Investment Sales team where he helped guide the JLL Southeast Investment Sales Team in their highest revenue production in the past five years. Mr. Johnson also had a tenure at Grubb & Ellis, where as Senior Vice President, he was recruited for his strong knowledge and experience in investment sales and leasing transactions. While at Grubb and Ellis, Mr. Johnson was part of the Institutional/Private Capital Group, where he provided his clients a comprehensive approach to completing transactions through a broad platform of solutions. With over 26 years of experience, Mr. Johnson has fulfilled numerous roles within the commercial real estate industry. He has executed over $2 billion in sales and lease transactions throughout his career and is identified as a primary point of contact for large portfolio sales and individual building sales for both institutional and individual investors. His success has earned him consistent, multi-year recognition for outstanding production and client accolades. During his career, he has successfully completed sales assignments for John Hancock, GE Capital, Parkway Properties, RREEF, and Hudson Advisors.
