Mervyn Alphonso is Executive Vice President & Partner with Anchor Health Properties. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he lends his acute understanding of the healthcare real estate sector across Anchor’s business platforms. With more than 20 years specializing in the healthcare real estate industry, he is involved in the firm's investments and development platforms, including leading acquisition transactions, as well as development projects and management engagements.

Offering significant knowledge of the healthcare sector, Mervyn’s depth of experience as an accomplished professional, includes acquisitions, development, financial feasibility, site selection and evaluation, and asset management.

His prior career experience includes six years as a Managing Director with NexCore Group as well as serving as a Director with Alvarez & Marsal and in addition, he spent time earlier in his career with Hammes Company.

He currently serves on Industry Advisory Board of the Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate and is also a member of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). In addition, he has previously served on the organizing and leadership committee of the BOMA International Medical Office Buildings and Healthcare Facilities conference.

Mervyn earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Keishia Niblack

With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Keishia Niblack joined Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Leasing in October 2018. Ms. Niblack is responsible for the managing and directing Piedmont’s 3.8M SF lease portfolio working with both internal and external end users to achieve a myriad of real estate goals for Piedmont Healthcare, Inc.

Ms. Niblack serves as an advisor to the Piedmont Healthcare Corporate senior management on real estate matters and works with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs. Prior to this role Ms. Niblack worked with Children's Health of Atlanta for 6.5 Years where she was quickly promoted to Real Estate Manager. Ms. Niblack's additional experiences include working with land acquisitions, residential developments, residential sales, and developing the operations and organizational structure for real estate sales.

Ms. Niblack is a 2018 graduate of the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) and a 2020 graduate of Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership Class. She is active in her community and volunteers with Gateway Center, Open Hand Atlanta & is a board member for an Genesis Innovation Academy in Atlanta. Keishia holds a BS in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Niblack is a native Georgian and currently resides in Doraville, GA with her three children, Jonathan E. (19), Jaida (15) and Gabrielle (11).

Known for his professionalism and integrity, Paul’s leadership is built on developing strong partnerships and staying committed to clients’ success. His healthcare resume runs deep in the Southeast and includes projects with St. Francis Hospital, Piedmont Newton Hospital, and the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. As Operations Manager, Paul manages the project's direction, schedule, and personnel. He is also responsible for maintaining the project budget, project cost controls, and weekly reporting. Swinerton recently completed Edison Windward under his leadership, a 150KSF, two-floor, tilt, core and shell building located in Alpharetta, GA. Included was the tenant interior buildout for 3M and Owens & Minor.

Bill has been involved over 30 years in the development and construction of major projects across the country, and as a partner with Jim Bremner for over 15 years. His ability to listen and provide creative solutions to complex healthcare real estate issues as well as identify critical project hurdles are welcomed and respected on any development.

Bill has managed more than $800 million of new healthcare facilities. Above all, Bill enjoys regularly communicating with and building long-lasting, trusting relationships with his clients and motivating his development teams to work hard to exceed clients’ goals.

Mr. Madsen is the CEO of Ascend Medical, a 24/7 virtual primary care practice with mobile units for house calls, based in Atlanta Georgia. Jason is a co-founder, limited partner, and former Chief Administrative Officer of Four Winds Health LLC, a private equity backed Practice Management company that developed the WellStreet Urgent Care, Piedmont Urgent Care by WellStreet and Beaumont Urgent Care by WellStreet platforms in Georgia and Michigan. He led operations, human resources, training & development, IT, Facilities and site development.

Mr. Madsen serves as the Vice Chair of The Ron Clark Academy, in Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Madsen earned a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in New York.
