As a nearly twenty-year veteran of the healthcare real estate industry, Mr. Crowley leads the acquisitions team of Healthcare Realty, an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust (NYSE: HR) and the largest dedicated owner-operator of medical office buildings in the United States. Ryan and his team are responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing medical office building acquisitions nationally. Throughout his time with the company Mr. Crowley has overseen the investment of over $4B of healthcare real estate assets. Ryan graduated from Cornell University and earned his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Crowley also serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Brentwood, TN.

Wesley DeFoor is a native of Atlanta and a partner of Cornerstone Development Partners, LLC. He is an instrumental part of the site selection, entitlement and design/construction management process. Through his 17 year career Wesley has achieved success in multiple facets of the industry including construction, leasing, and development.

Wesley began his career in the construction business working for the Fortune Johnson Company. Following Fortune Johnson Company, Wesley transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage when he joined Advantis Realty (formerly Bryant & Associates). At Advantis Wesley focused on Tenant representation and investment sales of commercial properties.

In 2003, Wesley formed his own development company and in 2004 he began developing mixed-use and resort style developments in the Florida Panhandle, as well as retail projects in Atlanta, Georgia.

To date Wesley has developed over $50,000,000 in commercial projects throughout the South Eastern United States.

Christine Gorham, CCIM, has been CEO and Partner of Eastwood Real Estate Services, LLC since 2010. Christine has over 26 years of medical operations experience, with over 16 of those years focused in the real estate sector of healthcare, 10 of those years with the Northside Hospital System in Atlanta, making her a uniquely qualified professional.

She gained valuable insight into the inner-workings of primary care, ambulatory surgery

centers, long term VA care facilities, home health, and hospital systems. In the medical real estate arena she has asset managed, leased from both the Landlord and Tenant positions,

construction/project managed, site selected, and property managed. She directed a national portfolio, heavily concentrated in healthcare, for SRS Investments, LLC, a private investment company. She was responsible for all asset management details which included oversight of leasing, property management, budgeting, marketing, taxes, capital improvements, as well as assisting with due diligence for acquisitions, investor relationships, and lender activities. Christine has leased over 3,500,000 square feet of medical, dental, veterinary, office, and retail real estate.

Christine currently serves as a Director in her second year on the CREW Network Board (an organization of nearly 10,000 members in the U.S. and Canada) and as Past President of CREW Atlanta (an organization of appx 375 members). She was honored with the 2015 Shining Light Award by CREW Atlanta, an annual selection which is presented to Georgians who have inspired the lives of others through their service. She was named one of Atlanta’s Top 40 Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by BISNOW and Who’s Who in the Top 100 Influential Leaders in Commercial Real Estate by Atlanta Business Chronicle, both in 2014. She has spoken at several medical real estate conferences and has written articles for real estate publications related to healthcare real estate.

She has been active in several national and local organizations including CREW Network (2016 & 2015 Board of Directors, 2014-2015 Education Committee and 2013 Nominating Committee), CREW Atlanta (2014 President, 2013 National Delegate, 2010 Co-Chair and 2008 Graduate of CREW Leadership), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (2016 Mentor, Community Service and Government Affairs Committees, 2015 & 2014 Diversity Initiative Committee, 2015 Higher Education Outreach Co-Chair, 2014 & 2013 Board of Directors), 2015 Empire Board of Realtists Commercial Council – Broker Apprentice Program Mentor, Dental Resource Partners, Healthcare Solutions Resource Forum, Atlanta and North Fulton chapters of the Medical Management Association, and Women In Healthcare. She has participated in Georgia Dental Association and Georgia Veterinary Medical Association events.

Christine has a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Slippery Rock University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.

Lee Asher is a Vice Chairman of the Investment Properties division and co-leads the CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets Group with his business partner Chris Bodnar. Mr. Asher is responsible for execution of the team’s medical office and healthcare sale-leaseback assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, coordination of the financial and underwriting processes, and oversight of

the due diligence process.

Since joining CBRE, Mr. Asher has been an integral part in the sale of more than 50 million square feet of office properties valued at more than $12.0 billion. Mr. Asher has the unique ability to combine his sophisticated financial engineering techniques and review-based intimacy of due diligence materials into the overall marketing process. Mr. Asher has assisted on transactions involving all investment property classes, ranging from $1.0 billion portfolios to $1.0 million single-property assets.

Before joining the Healthcare Capital Markets Group, he was a member of the Atlanta Institutional Group – Office Properties and the former Managing Director of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group (FCG), a team that provides financial and analytical consulting to the firm’s capital markets teams and clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Asher was co-founder and COO of iTendant, Inc., a provider of service request and maintenance software to commercial building owners and operators.

Tunrola Odelowo is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare Real Estate Practices, and

Alternative and Renewable Energy practices. Ms. Odelowo’s practice includes the representation of

owners, developers, equity investors and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions,

including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of office buildings, industrial properties,

apartment projects, medical office buildings, assisted living facilities, and mixed use assets located

across the United States. Ms. Odelowo also has significant experience assisting solar developers in the

acquisition and leasing of real property for renewable energy projects, including the drafting and

negotiation of purchase options, options to lease, ground leases, and curing title and survey issues.

Ms. Odelowo is a member of the board of directors of New American Pathways.

acquisition, financing, and leasing of various regulated healthcare facilities, including individual and

portfolio assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals and

surgical centers. Each transaction utilizes a complex structure involving a master lease, multiple

subleases, guaranties, letters of credit, and inter-creditor agreements. Certain transactions involve

a RIDEA structure.

 Represent a leading renewable energy company in the acquisition and ground leasing of real

property for solar development.

 Represent REIT in the acquisition and financing of assisted living facilities in multiple jurisdictions

in the United States. Each transaction included a lease of the operations of the facilities to an

unaffiliated third-party operator and manager.

 Represent full service commercial real estate company in the refinancing and sale of assets in its

portfolio.

 Represent a private developer in connection with the development and financing of multiple

affordable housing transactions with multiple financing sources including state, federal, and historic

tax credits.

including drafting required reciprocal easement agreements for the use and operation of the real

Steven A. Kaye is a partner in the Healthcare Real Estate, Office, Leasing and Construction Practices. He is co-chair of the Real Estate Practice and co-leader of the Healthcare Real Estate Team.

Mr. Kaye focuses his practice on real estate activities, such as the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of projects. His clients include owners, developers and users of office buildings, medical offices and other healthcare facilities, data centers, shopping centers and industrial properties. Mr. Kaye has significant experience representing real estate investment trusts (REITs), non-traded REITs and private equity funds in connection with their portfolio and recapitalization transactions.
