Why You Should Attend This Event

Why This Matters:

The major hospital systems that provide care for the Atlanta metro area continue to rearrange the map in terms of coverage. The outer rings of the area, which continue to grow, have seen an increase in investment accordingly. At the same time, the urban center of the city remains devoid of options as it pertains to many critical care facilities. This event will discuss what new locations, system expansions, and initiatives are ongoing in the market and how these are ensuring quality care for patients throughout the region. It will also discuss what areas are lacking, and detail the potential impact, from both an investment and public health perspective, can be seen from additional development. From a senior living perspective, activity has continued to begin at a steady clip over the last 12 months. Investors and public officials have both prioritized adding to the housing supply geared towards seniors. This event will further explore that equation, the demographic trends supporting Senior Living investment, and what supply is still needed to provide adequate coverage to the metro area's population. Join Bisnow, and expert panelists, as we cover the pressing needs and unique opportunities present in these two asset types as we equip you in your pursuit of your next deals.

What You'll Learn:

  • Where are healthcare system development projects centralizing in the metro area?

  • What types of facilities carry the greatest public health need, and how do these align with financial performance for systems?

  • How are operators prioritizing behavioral health from an operations and real estate perspective?

  • How are demographic trends influencing the amount and types of senior living projects being pursued in the region?

  • How are the public and private investment communities collaborating to address the need for additional housing for Atlanta's senior population?
