The 40-acre Lenox Square is amongst the most valuable pieces of real estate in Atlanta and has had rumors of a revamp for years that has never panned out. Now that several hotels like Songy Highroad's Hyatt Centric are moving in, John Rulli, president of Simon Malls and chief administration officer for Simon Property Group surmises that "[we] are going to see some things happen at Lenox that are really going to be exciting."
