Andrew Albrecht has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and corporate

experience in the technology and software industry, emphasizing data center,

cybersecurity, and SaaS. Andrew leads AUBix as a proven technology executive in

the data center industry. He is responsible for developing and leading the

company’s strategy of bringing technology parity to the edge through

overseeing sales, operations, and finance.

Prior to AUBix, Albrecht was Senior Vice President of Corporate

Development/Investor Relations at Cyxtera Technologies, a global leader in retail

colocation space. In that role, he provided executive leadership for capital

markets and monitored data center and cyber security companies for target

acquisitions.

Andrew graduated from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University

with a BS in Finance. He now resides in Auburn, AL, with his wife and two

daughters.

Jeff Uphues is responsible for DC BLOX’s business strategy, mission, and goals guiding the company’s vision of designing, building and operating a network of innovative data centers that bring best-in-class business services to the Edge.

A tireless tech-savvy executive, strategist and cloud services entrepreneur, Jeff has held C-suite leadership positions in organizations ranging in size from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups including Liquid Web, Cbeyond and Bandwidth.com. He is an active board member for several privately held technology software companies and is co-chair of the New Venture Competition for the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta.

Jeff is a graduate of Harvard Business School and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. He lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and two girls (who are known as the Three Texas Chix) where he serves as the president of the Jr. Raiders Girls Lacrosse Board.

Scott Willis serves as DartPoints President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Willis is a recognized global technology leader in the communications industry with a demonstrated track record of building successful businesses for both large and small organizations to significant scale. He has extensive leadership experience transforming organizations, setting strategic direction, overseeing complex operations and confecting corporate alliances while delivering growth and profitability to the business. Scott has the right balance of strategic leadership, vision, enthusiasm and operational and technical expertise for building sustainable customer relationships to elevate DartPoints to be a leader in the edge data center market. Mr. Willis brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry with a history of proven success. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Zinwave, a leading global provider of in-building wireless products and solutions. He successfully transformed the organization, reset the global strategy, led the charge to innovate new products and solutions which primed the company to achieve aggressive growth. Through his leadership, he positioned Zinwave as a global leader of in-building wireless solutions. Over the course of his career, Scott has served in executive leadership roles at respected technology companies including Ericsson, Nokia, BellSouth and Sprint. Before Zinwave, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Executive for Goodman Networks, a privately held leader in the design, engineering, deployment and integration of wireless communications networks. In his role, he was responsible for all commercial strategy, sales and marketing and grew revenue from $400 million to $1.2 billion annually. Prior to Goodman Networks, Scott was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Ericsson, where he oversaw more than 6,500 personnel across the U.S. and Latin America growing the business from $5 million in revenue annually to more than $3.5 billion in over 5 years. Previously, Scott served as Vice President and General Manager at Nokia Networks, where he led the growth of a new business to $1.5 billion in annual revenue in 3 years and established Nokia Networks as a market leader in North America. Mr. Willis holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management. He also holds continuing executive education certificates from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Gary has spent over 30 years in the built environment and specifically in data and construction of center design. Gary has a keen understanding of the overall market and data center business and is known for his focus on defining customers’ needs at any scale and assisting the team in developing creative solutions. He is the consummate connector of people and embodies the culture of HED – one of integrity, commitment and invention. Gary was a founding Principal of Integrated Design Group which merged with HED in March. HED seeks creative solutions that have a positive impact for its clients, the community, and the world. David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Jacob Wolfe, LEED AP is the Americas Manager for Data Centers and Business Delevopment and has worked in the HVAC&R space for 20+ years. He has worked as VP of Sales for USA and/or Americas for the past 10+ plus years. Jacob has managed Data Center, Oil & Gas, PetroChem, Power, Marine, Refrigeration and the HVAC markets over these years. After managing most markets, his passion lies withing the data center space.

Sean is a Complex Systems Account Executive focused on applied cooling and heat rejection systems for mission critical data center applications. Having worked as a part of Johnson Control’s Building Solutions NA Field structure for almost a decade, Sean has experience supporting design, implementation, and long-term life cycle planning of all JCI’s suite of products & solutions including HVAC Equipment, Building Automation, Life-Safety Systems, and Security. Over the past 6 years, Sean has focused exclusively on the data center vertical market and the increasing need for providing smart, sustainable, and innovative solutions that meet long-term customer goals. Through constant interaction with data center owners, operators, consulting engineers, and installing contractors, Sean helps to steer JCI’s data center roadmap through voice of the customer interactions to ensure the latest products and services align with customer current and future designs.

John Lineweaver is an accomplished and forward-thinking leader with over 25 years of experience in the security and physical infrastructure domain. His extensive experience encompasses various facets of the industry including global governance, facilities management, vendor management and regulatory compliance.

In his current role as the Regional Security Manager for Metas Data Centers in the Eastern Region of the United States. John is responsible for all physical security matters across his region and serves as the Data center team’s technology liaison for Metas, the Global Security and Technology team. John is specifically focused on leveraging technology, process improvement and leveraging the companies’ systems to ensure we leverage technology with people.

Johns served in the United States Marines Embassy Guard Battalion and in the Military Police auxiliary prior to establishing his career in the security industry. John has worked in Class A commercial Highrise, Hospitality, manufacturing, critical infrastructure protection and now the technology sector.

Johns’ specialties include the design and implementation of physical security systems and technology, project management, technical security countermeasures and the performance of the contract guard force.

Amy Dunton is a business development professional with a focus on developing business

relationships and strategies with her customers, partners and industry peers. Serving as

the foundation of her consultative wholistic approach, Amy’s over 25 years of experience

in physical and network security, structured cabling, power/cooling, connectivity,

network, storage, and compute brings a well-rounded and unique perspective to the

critical infrastructure industry.  Her roles have included working for distribution,

manufacturing, manufacturing representatives, and a leading Enterprise IT Solutions

provider.  Her expansive network and understanding of IT infrastructure, Facilities and

Data Centers has fuelled a passion for creating an environment with more collaboration

as IT Infrastructure and technology trends can greatly impact how we design, build and

secure our data centers and critical infrastructure.

Amy currently serves on the board of the AFCOM Greater MN Chapter and the 7x24

Exchange MN Chapter. She is serving as the Co-Chair for the SIA Perimeter Security

As EVP of Construction and Development, Robbie is the leader of T5’s Construction Services division, where he sets the overall vision and business strategy. He holds the general contractors license and/or business license for construction activity across the organization. Robbie holds a degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University.

As a founding member of AG&E, Sanjay brings over 27 years of experience as a structural engineer. His leadership and expertise in the design and construction industries have propelled the growth of the company into one of the largest structural engineering firms in the state of Texas. Sanjay is licensed in more than 30 states and has led the structural design of numerous projects in different market sectors including healthcare, municipal, education, mission critical, industrial, corporate, parking structures, and aviation, as well as structural forensics and full-scale load tests. Sanjay is actively involved in the development process of each project and closely monitors design execution and completion. He is also committed to training and coaching junior engineers, team building, and strategic corporate planning.

Adam Black is a member of TA Realty’s portfolio management team and is responsible for driving strategy and execution for certain of the Firm’s investment vehicles as they continue to grow. He has been with the Firm since 2023 and prior to joining he was DCS Manager, Mid Atlantic at Google. Previously, Mr. Black worked in Infrastructure Construction Management – Special Projects at Facebook. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Management and Southern Polytechnic State University with a M.S. in Construction Management.

As Senior Vice President, David leads strategic and tactical management of project management and field operations for T5 Construction Services. This includes oversight of general construction projects and project management assignments across the nation.

In addition, David assists with owner’s representative efforts in the implementation of T5’s built-to-suit and wholesale data center projects which includes but is not limited to design, construction, security implementation, commissioning, and successful turnover to the facility management team.

David holds a B.S. in Construction Management from University of Florida.

With 17 years of industry experience, Joseph provides strategic guidance in all stages of data center design at Digital Realty. He is passionate about creating data centers that meet the design demands of current customer needs, but also are “future-proofed” to meet demands that are not yet on data center owners. Prior to his time at DLR, he spent 5 years at Cyxtera providing engineering guidance to the operations staff in the New Jersey/New York region. He began his career at Covalent Consulting and worked a Morrison Hershfield as a design consultant before moving to an end user. Joseph earned his BS in engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007.

Reid Senescu is VP of Product Management at Doxel. His team talks with folks in construction and communicates their needs to software developers who use AI to help the industry build better, faster, with lower costs. His career began as a structural engineer, founded a construction tech startup out of his PhD research at Stanford and then led product for Rhumbix followed by Enlighted (acquired by Siemens).

Eddie Reid is an accomplished Project Manager at MEI Rigging & Crating LLC, where his exceptional performance over the past three years has solidified his position as a key contributor to the company's success. Chris Gibbs joined Tindall in 2019 as Business Development Manager to the Georgia Division, where he was responsible for pursuing business opportunities and identifying potential partners that aligned with company goals in the region. He was also a key player in the launch of the Tindall Superior Lightweight All-Purpose Beam™ (T-SLAB) product line.

As Director of Marketing, Gibbs’s corporate leadership role involves planning and administering all marketing efforts across Tindall’s full footprint. He works directly with the Sales Team and General Managers to drive strategic efforts in sales, analytics, and marketing tools.

Gibbs’s early career focused on Architectural and Commercial building material sales, leading him to the construction and marketing industries. He has a background in Sales Management, working with Architectural Polymers, Forterra, and Hanson Brick. He has extensive experience with conventional wall systems and is a brick expert. Gibbs graduated from the Atlanta College of Art, later absorbed by Savannah College of Art and Design, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Hugh has nearly 20 years of cross-industry technology experience, from data networking to fiber optics to wireless infrastructure. He spent the early half of his career in Silicon Valley, helping to start and grow several start-ups in Silicon Valley, such as ONI Systems and FiberTower. In these roles Hugh helped bridge the gap between the state of technology its implementation to drive the technology’s adoption in the market. After this, Hugh held a senior leadership role at Fujitsu Network Communications, launching Fujitsu’s multi-technology solutions organization. Applying the lessons learned through these various experiences, Hugh is adapting how data centers will meet the growing and changing requirements of today’s businesses. He received his A.B. and B.E. in Engineering from Dartmouth College and his Master in Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business. Hugh, his wife, and his two daughters reside in Dallas, Texas.

Dave Cohen has spent his 20-year career developing leading-edge digital infrastructure

solutions for the world's largest and most sophisticated consumers of technology. In his role as Sr. Director, Business Development, Cohen leads revenue and solution architecture efforts with Bandwidth IG's strategic customers and data center partnerships. Cohen also plays a critical role in furthering Bandwidth IG's presence in Georgia and surrounding markets.

Before joining Bandwidth IG, Cohen was the VP, Corporate Strategy at Stream Networks,

where he was responsible for product and business strategy, and also took a hands-on role in leading the company's consulting engagements with its largest clients. Before Stream, Cohen spent 11 years at AboveNet and Zayo evangelizing its bandwidth infrastructure solutions, culminating in him leading Zayo's Global Sales Engineering organization.

Outside of work, he and his wife spend their time encouraging their two daughters and two dogs to develop their passions, and he intends to eventually make another record with his band, Venice Sunlight. Cohen is an avid fan of the New York Rangers, Atlanta United FC, and, unfortunately, the New York Jets. He received a BA in Government from Harvard University.

Nabeel Mahmood is a Technologist, Futurist and a Keynote Speaker. His career is driven by one question – what’s next? After getting his B.S. in Chemistry Michael began his career in Industrial Water Treatment for 16 years. For the next 14 years he served in the Data Center industry, advising Data Center owners, engineers, and operators regarding cooling and power designs and solutions. Michael has managed multiple Data Center Design/Build projects, from greenfield to brownfield, including live Data Center upgrades. He has Top Secret DOD clearance and has performed Data Center energy and Tier Reliability audits for the US Government and private industry. He also has experience in doing forensic analysis of Data Center equipment failures and implementing solutions for remediation. In 2020 Michael joined Nalco Water in the Global High Tech business group, responsible for advising and supporting Data Center engineers and owner/operators regarding water related issues. This includes site selection water assessment, cooling system design, water consumption and treatment, water conservation, water reclaim, water pre-treatment equipment design, water related Capex/Opex, and newer sustainable water strategies and technologies. He also leads the Nalco CDCWT Certification effort to educate Data Center industry members about best practices with water and the wise stewardship of water. Michael is married with four children and serves on the leadership teams of two ministry groups.
