He has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Stratix Corporation, where he helped the company grow sales of its managed mobile services. Kevin has also held senior sales roles at BlueCat Network, Reflexis Systems, Xirrus Corporation, Symbol Technologies, Xircom and SkyTel. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Marketing and Finance from Siena College.

As Executive Vice President – Hyperscale / Enterprise Markets for T5 Data Centers Tim is responsible for leasing T5’s international portfolio of Tier 3, concurrently maintainable and fault tolerant enterprise grade data centers, focusing on large enterprise and hyperscale markets, and build-to-suit pursuits. Spanning a construction, development, and real estate career over twenty-five years, Tim has managed the construction, development management, and leasing of a myriad of project types including data centers, call centers, switch locations, colocation facilities, corporate headquarters and regional offices, condominiums and multi-family rental projects, and raw land. In addition to being a LEED Green Associate, Tim holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture, a Masters of Building Construction, and a Finance Minor from the University of Florida.

James Kwon is Senior Director of Business Development for T5 Data Centers headquartered in Atlanta. James has primary responsibility for the sales and marketing of T5’s national portfolio of Tier 3+, concurrently maintainable and fault-tolerant enterprise grade data centers, focusing on enterprise customers leasing out of T5’s @Atlanta data center in Alpharetta.. Prior to T5 Data Centers, James was a sales and marketing leader for Managed Services and Hosting Providers Concentric Cloud Solutions, QTS, and CDNetworks. Earlier in his career, James led both the direct and channel sales teams as the General Manager and Director of Sales for XO Communications in Atlanta.

Michael Higgins

Mike Higgins is responsible for driving INAP’s top line growth through customer acquisition and retention. Mr. Higgins leads INAP COLO’s sales, solutions engineering and client account teams including overseeing the customer experience from initial solution design through onboarding and post-sales account management. He is a seasoned executive with extensive business development, financial analysis, product management and leadership experience in the data center and telecommunications industries. Mr. Higgins most recently served as INAP’s senior vice president of marketing and customer service, where he led marketing activities, communications, public relations, branding and strategic planning. Previously, he held the position of senior vice president of business development, where he drove technical customer solutions and customer retention strategies. In addition, Mr. Higgins also served as INAP’s senior vice president of data center services and was responsible for colocation product management and data center design and engineering. In this role, he led the data center expansion strategy which doubled the size of INAP’s data center footprint across the nation. He joined INAP in January 2004 as vice president of financial planning and analysis. Prior to INAP, Mr. Higgins held numerous leadership roles in business operations, business development and finance over an 18-year career span at MCI, most recently serving as vice president of business operations. Mr. Higgins holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Dr. Eloisa Klementich

Dr. Eloisa Klementich is President and CEO of Invest Atlanta. Previously, Eloisa served as managing director of business development at Invest Atlanta. In this position, she worked to attract new businesses and create initiatives that promoted job growth in Atlanta. Before coming to Invest Atlanta, Eloisa served as special assistant for economic development at the U.S. Economic Development Administration in the Office of the Secretary. She served as California’s assistant deputy secretary for economic development and commerce and has held various roles with city governments, including the consultant for Mexico’s President Vicente Fox, working on best practices for addressing constituent issues and requests. Eloisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Pitzer College and a master’s degree in business administration from el Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. She holds two master’s degrees in urban planning and Latin American affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her doctorate degree in public administration from the University of LaVerne. Eloisa is also active in various business and civic organizations. She serves as a board member for the Latin American Civic Association, Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, Atlanta Technical College, Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, LaunchPad 2x, Startup Atlanta, and Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc. A graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2017, she is also involved with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, Georgia Economic Development Association, and International Economic Development Council.

William Souder

William Souder has over 17 years of experience managing the engineering and implementation of colocation/power and infrastructure services and solutions for companies such as Zayo, GNAX, Maersk-Sealand, AirTran (Southwest Airlines), The Atlanta Motor Speedway, Georgia Tech, Marten Transport, Ryder Transportation Systems, Citrix, Berry College, Piedmont Healthcare, Emory Healthcare and SITA, respectively. In addition to a combination of technical and business acumen, William also possesses an in-depth knowledge of enterprise leadership and staff development.

William is the lead for Colocation and Cloud Solutions Engineering for the entire Southeast at Zayo including a number of international customers.

William hold a BS, Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry and a MBA/Fellow from MIT/Sloan School of Management. His hobbies include playing sax/piano, golfing, marine aquaria, flying airplanes, sport shooting and class 3 weaponry.

Timothy A. Kiser, Founder of Colo Atl, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 35 states. With over 25 years of engineering experience, Mr. Kiser has served as the designer and engineer on over 70 telecommunications facilities. Mr. Kiser designed and constructed the fully-built Colo Atl colocation and Meet Me Room facility in November 2001 to serve as a carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection facility. As Owner, Designer and Engineer at the Colo Atl facility, Mr. Kiser was instrumental in achieving the prestigious SSAE 16 certification, an internationally recognized third-party assurance audit designed for service organizations. Colo Atl achieved the certification after a stringent audit of its internal business processes and IT controls, including physical security, environmental security, logical security, and network security.

A premier industry expert on data centers/colocation, engineering, peering, and Software Defined Networking, Mr. Kiser is a distinguished speaker. Select speaking engagements include the CEO Roundtables at Telecom Exchange (2012 and 2013), FISPA Live (Atlanta), and IMN Forums on Financing, Investing & Real Estate Development for Data Centers.

Mr. Kiser also operates the Georgia Technology Center (GTC) and the Southeast Network Access Point (SNAP), both of which are located in Colo Atl’s Atlanta, Georgia facility at 55 Marietta Street. The GTC is a live lab for network equipment vendors to highlight their optical and electrical hardware and operating systems; and SNAP is a next-generation Internet Exchange (IX) supporting IPv4, IPv6, OpenFlow, and Software Defined Networking (SDN).

A Georgia Institute of Technology graduate, Mr. Kiser holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, and served as an Air Force B52 bomber pilot during Operation Desert Storm. In his spare time, Mr. Kiser enjoys traveling, spending time with close friends and business associates and recreational flying.
