Matt Samuelson serves as Chief Operating Officer for Integral’s Commercial Real Estate Division. With

over 20 years in development, program and construction management, Mr. Samuelson brings to bear an

expert understanding of asset development, entitlement, execution and delivery, operations and life-

cycle of facilities and improvements. His leadership of the development and execution functions

includes oversight of program development, development pro forma budgeting, project entitlement,

A/E and contractor platform relationships, construction budgeting and contracting, construction

scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, construction delivery and asset marketing and

operational occupancy.

Mr. Samuelson’s career began at Danis Industries, a heavy civil construction firm focused on water,

waste water and infrastructure, and continued as Project Manager on Beers Construction’s healthcare

and education projects. He served as President of CCL Associates, a regionally based development and

program management firm, where he led the evolution of its brand and its offerings, culminating in

projects totaling over $1 billion in development costs. Mr. Samuelson continued his dedication for

program management in founding a firm that specializes in campus, recreational, performance and

assembly spaces. He left his firm to become President of Integral Gude Program Management where he

doubled operations before advancing to Integral’s Commercial Real Estate Division, where he has been

key to advancing the platform to its current position as a national market and product leader.

Mr. Samuelson graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in

Civil Engineering and received a certificate of engineering from Oxford University, Oxford, England. He is

a member of the 2014 Class of Leadership Atlanta. His board service has included the Fellowship of

Christian Athletes, Atlanta Public Schools Local School Council, and True Colors Theatre Company. Mr.

Samuelson currently serves on the Boards of the Metro Atlanta YMCA, Livable Buckhead, Inc. (CID Non

As Chief Development Officer for Selig Development Company, Baile oversees Selig’s commercial, residential, and mixed-use development platform. Co-founding Selig Development alongside Scott Selig in 2014, Baile is recognized as one of Atlanta’s leading developers whose dossier accounts for over 5,500,000 square feet of commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments and acquisitions.

Current projects include three new towers started in 2018, The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel, 40 West 12th Street (Condominiums) and 1105 West Peachtree (Office) plus street-level retail. The Works, a mixed-use 80+/- acre development on Atlanta's Upper Westside represent 1.5 million square feet of office, residential, retail and entertainment, 550 North Highland (residential) and two additional towers in Midtown round out Selig Development's current initiatives. Baile's ventures represent in excess of $2.5 Billion in the Atlanta Region since 2004.

A graduate of Auburn University, professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Atlanta Apartment Association and Board of Directors for the Midtown Alliance.

Hunter is responsible for development and construction of all Portman projects in the United States. He is integrally involved in all development and construction tasks that need to be undertaken for the successful completion of each project. Hunter has over 30 years of experience working on multiple product types, including town centers, sports and entertainment venues, museums and resorts. He previously served as Managing Director for OliverMcMillan for Buckhead Atlanta, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Richardson Development Group, where he specialized in large-scale, mixed-use projects. Hunter also worked with Turner Sports & Entertainment, and Himmel/Miller Klutznick Davis Grey. He earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Chris Bontrager is currently the DPR Atlanta Business Unit Leader. Chris has been with DPR since his days as project manager in 2000 and has been a Project Executive on the Atlanta's Leadership Team since 2014. Chris brings a wealth of construction experience with more than 3 million square feet of construction experience to his credit including construction in education, corporate office, senior living, retail and multi-family projects. Chris brings a communicative, can-do management approach to his role within DPR and fosters open, honest communication across the region, internally, among pre-construction, shared services, and operations, and externally, with subcontractors, owners and design professionals.

An experienced commercial real estate advisor for over 20 years, Wesley is an Opportunity Zone National Leader and Audit Partner with Cherry Bekaert’s Real Estate & Construction industry group. Based in the Atlanta office, he provides guidance to clients on real estate tax credit transactions, pre-acquisition due diligence, purchase price allocation, tax mitigation structuring, real estate consulting and financial statement audits.

Wesley’s technical ability encompasses an assortment of expertise with clients in the hotels and resorts, student housing, military housing, multi-family/affordable housing, and retail/office sectors. He also consults on equity rollups, public filing preparation and large-scale real estate portfolio acquisitions. In addition, Wesley has helped real estate holding companies, developers, contractors and private equity funds with transactions ranging from $25 million to $4 billion.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Wesley led the Atlanta office and Commercial Real Estate Group for the Southeast for a Top 15 National Accounting Firm. He previously held various Board of Directors positions with local chapters of NAIOP, Central Atlanta Progress, and the City of Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the Urban Land Institute for five years (including three years as Treasurer) and was on the National Board of Directors for the National Multi-Housing Council. Wesley is a regular speaker at various real estate conferences around the nation.

As Senior Managing Director, Head of Development, Andy is responsible for all aspects of project development from land acquisition and feasibility through design, team selection, oversight of preconstruction, construction management, and operations start-up while maintaining the financial goals of the project team. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Andy was a partner at New South Construction Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Andy’s responsibilities at New South included developing and maintaining owner/client relationships and overseeing management teams responsible for complex projects across multiple asset classes. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from Auburn University.

Mr. Heagy is a senior managing director and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the office projects and for securing corporate services and mixed-use development assignments in the Southeast Region of the United States. Mr. Heagy joined the firm in 1996 and has been active in Atlanta's commercial real estate market since 1977.

Heagy received his BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Mr. Heagy serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Central Atlanta Progress (CAP); Metro Atlanta Chamber; and the Perimeter Community Improvement District (PCID).

Trevor Pitt is a Group Manager in Whiting-Turner’s Atlanta office who oversees all operations for the office, hospitality, retail, and mixed use sectors. With 18 years of construction management experience in a variety of markets, Mr. Pitt has a board range of construction expertise. He has personally managed projects with many notable customers including Porsche Cars North America, Delta Air Lines, United Technologies Corporation, and Georgia Tech. His passion for construction stems from leveraging technology and innovation to produce results that delight his customers and over-deliver on their expectations. An engineer by schooling and a natural problem solver, Mr. Pitt also understands the value of people and relationships in the construction industry. Because of this, he has been actively involved in many industry organizations over the years, including CMAA, COAA, DBIA, ULI, and Ace Mentoring. He has served as the President of the CMAA South Atlantic Chapter, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the CMAA South Atlantic Chapter Student Scholarship Foundation. Mr. Pitt is a graduate of Georgia Tech, and lives in Buckhead with his family. He enjoys running, woodworking, and coaching basketball in his free time.

Jon Pickard has been recognized internationally for his achievements in architecture. He has designed or collaborated in the

design of some of the world’s most recognized buildings, including such prominent projects as the ExxonMobil Global Campus,

609 Main and BG Group Place, all in Houston; Norfolk Southern’s new headquarters and 1180 Peachtree in Atlanta;

Northwestern Mutual’s headquarters in Milwaukee; the Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City; 300 North LaSalle in downtown

Chicago; and, the CalPERS Headquarters Complex in Sacramento.

Prior to the founding of Pickard Chilton, he collaborated with Cesar Pelli in the design of numerous landmark and award-winning

projects, including the World Financial Center in New York, and Kuala Lumpur City Centre, a development that included the

Petronas Towers.

Mr. Pickard received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University and his Master of Architecture from the Yale

School of Architecture. He has lectured extensively at academic institutions and currently serves on the Yale School of

Architecture Dean’s Council.

Keane is the former Planning Director of Baltimore City and a nationally recognized city

planner. In his time at the Planning Department, he has established himself as a leader and

partner for key stakeholders across the private and public sector, overseeing urban

planning and design, land use and zoning, development, and capital budgeting, as well as

the City's sustainability, food policy, and historic preservation offices.

Keane has previously led the planning departments of four significant cities: Charleston,

South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Boise, Idaho; and Calgary, Canada. Leading these

departments, Keane has been responsible for planning, housing, community development,

and every other aspect of city development.

Keane also brings extensive housing policy experience to DHCD. He has guided major

policy initiatives such as rezoning projects to expand affordable housing, city permitting

operations, and implementing protections from displacement for low-income

homeowners. Keane has also worked closely on reorganizing city agencies and

departments: while serving as Planning Commissioner in Atlanta, Keane led a holistic

reorganization of both the departments for planning and housing, and as the head of

Planning, Permitting, & Engineering in Charleston, Keane oversaw the consolidation of

multiple city departments and offices. These efforts both made their respective agencies

more effective and service-oriented.

Keane holds both a Master of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Planning

from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He also served as a Fellow at the

University of Miami School of Architecture and on the adjunct faculty at the College of

Charleston.
