His healthcare resume runs deep in the Southeast and includes projects with St. Francis Hospital, Piedmont Newton Hospital, and the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. As Operations Manager, Paul manages the project's direction, schedule, and personnel. He is also responsible for maintaining the project budget, project cost controls, and weekly reporting. Swinerton recently completed Edison Windward under his leadership, a 150KSF, two-floor, tilt, core and shell building located in Alpharetta, GA. Included was the tenant interior buildout for 3M and Owens & Minor.

Maysa Kantner is a Structural Steel Specialist serving the greater Atlanta market for the American Institute of Steel Construction. She earned her BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduation, Maysa started her career with Uzun+Case, where she worked on a wide variety of projects including the new UGA Indoor Athletic Facility. She has five years of previous experience as a structural engineer and has since found her passion in the marketing and business development aspect of the structural steel industry.

build firm that specializes in unique modular shipping container real estate and innovative

economic development strategies for marginalized communities. She is a graduate of Auburn

University (College of Architecture, Design, & Construction). Her 12-year professional career is a

combination of urban design, landscape architecture, civic revitalization and community

engagement models. Mrs. Satcher has written for the Huffington Post and participated in both

the CityLab-Aspen Institute and Bloomberg Philanthropies National Innovation Program.

Wanona was featured in Forbes Magazine and as a Next City Vanguard Top 40 Under 40

Vanguard. Mrs. Satcher is a Summit Senior Fellow through Summit Series and a member of the

Female Founder Collective.
