Nancy, along with her husband Les, founded Juneau Construction Company in 1997. Since opening its doors 21 years ago, Juneau has become the top woman-owned general contractor in the Southeast, and the 2nd largest woman-owned firm, of any type, in Georgia. Juneau is also ranked #13 among 2018 Top General Contractors in Georgia by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Juneau has grown to over $250 million in annual revenues and over 150 employees with offices in Atlanta and Miami and performs as Construction Managers, Design-Builders and General Contractors on public and private projects across the Southeast. Juneau is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and she also serves on the Georgia Independent College Association Board and Executive Committee. Additionally, Nancy enjoys speaking on panels, at conferences and to local businesses including events for Clemson Construction Industry Symposium, UGA Terry Business School, NAWIC and ENR’s Groundbreaking Women in Construction Conference.

On the weekends Nancy enjoys competing in triathlons, spending time with family at the beach, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens.

Jennifer Koontz

Pope & Land Responsibilities: Jennifer oversees the leasing for both Pope & Land’s office portfolio and

assets for several third-party owners. Currently Jennifer and her team lease 1.7 million square feet of

office space that is on average 92% leased. When working on overall mixed-use developments, Jennifer

leases both ground floor and stand-alone retail. Additionally, Jennifer works closely with Asset and

Construction Management to evaluate and oversee property improvements, insuring that the

improvements chosen will yield the highest return to investors.

Professional Experience: Originally starting as a leasing assistant and construction manager, Jennifer

has been leasing in most of the major submarkets for more than 13 years. She has leased over 3.6

million square feet during her tenure at Pope & Land. For more than 10 consecutive years she has been

a member of both the NAIOP and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club.

Education: Jennifer has a BS in Business Management from Wake Forest University and has her CCIM

designation.

Membership: Finishing up the 3 rd year on the Atlanta Commercial Board’s Board of Directors, Jennifer is

active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, NAIOP and CCIM.

Personal: She lives in Brookhaven with her husband Charles and two kids.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida, Kim Rousseau has over 20 years of professional experience in interior design and project management, specializing in commercial office interiors. Kim leads a strong team of designers dedicated to great design achievements which fundamentally begin with establishing strong communication with clients, understanding their needs, and formulating the solution tailored to the project’s objectives. Kim’s dedication to client service and inspired design is grounded in her ability to successfully manage design projects from conception to close- out. Kim has led design projects around the globe for notable Fortune 500 companies, admired Healthcare systems, respected and innovative Universities, and National multi-family developers. She has a wide variety of experience that includes professional service offices, creative offices, base building design and renovation, corporate headquarters, research and development facilities, child care center, innovation centers, college campuses, residential, education, and camps. Kim is NCIDQ certified and a registered Interior Designer in Florida and Georgia. She is a Leader in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional, Interior Design and Construction (LEED AP ID+C). With active memberships in IIDA, CREW and CORENET, Kim believes it is important to advance knowledge and share Best Practices of design within the real estate community.

Christine Gorham, CCIM, has been CEO and Partner of Eastwood Real Estate Services, LLC since 2010. Christine has over 26 years of medical operations experience, with over 16 of those years focused in the real estate sector of healthcare, 10 of those years with the Northside Hospital System in Atlanta, making her a uniquely qualified professional.

She gained valuable insight into the inner-workings of primary care, ambulatory surgery

centers, long term VA care facilities, home health, and hospital systems. In the medical real estate arena she has asset managed, leased from both the Landlord and Tenant positions,

construction/project managed, site selected, and property managed. She directed a national portfolio, heavily concentrated in healthcare, for SRS Investments, LLC, a private investment company. She was responsible for all asset management details which included oversight of leasing, property management, budgeting, marketing, taxes, capital improvements, as well as assisting with due diligence for acquisitions, investor relationships, and lender activities. Christine has leased over 3,500,000 square feet of medical, dental, veterinary, office, and retail real estate.

Christine currently serves as a Director in her second year on the CREW Network Board (an organization of nearly 10,000 members in the U.S. and Canada) and as Past President of CREW Atlanta (an organization of appx 375 members). She was honored with the 2015 Shining Light Award by CREW Atlanta, an annual selection which is presented to Georgians who have inspired the lives of others through their service. She was named one of Atlanta’s Top 40 Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by BISNOW and Who’s Who in the Top 100 Influential Leaders in Commercial Real Estate by Atlanta Business Chronicle, both in 2014. She has spoken at several medical real estate conferences and has written articles for real estate publications related to healthcare real estate.

Kay Younglove is a thirty year veteran of the Atlanta commercial real estate industry, having successfully leased some of the city’s most high profile office buildings, including One Atlantic Center, Regions Plaza and Three Ravinia Drive. She joined JLL in 2010, where she’s been responsible for repositioning, marketing and leasing a 3.5 million-square-foot portfolio of urban and suburban assets, creating significant value for clients such as GE Capital, Wells Real Estate Funds, Oaktree Capital, Behringer Harvard, Hudson Advisors, TIER REIT, Banyan Street Capital, Investcorp, Crocker Partners, and Voya.

Prior to JLL, Younglove was VP of Colonial Properties Trust, and its predecessor, CRT Properties, where she was responsible for leasing a 1.7 million-square-foot, Class A office portfolio which included Regions Plaza, The Peachtree in Midtown, Three Ravinia Drive and 1455 Lincoln Parkway in Central Perimeter and The Park at Windward Concourse in North Fulton. She also oversaw marketing for a 3 million-square-foot portfolio, while increasing occupancy of the 805,000-square-foot, Three Ravinia from 49 percent to 95 percent. In 2007, Younglove closed 536,880 square feet of transactions, valued at $123 million and was named by NAIOP as The Top Producer for office leasing in the city.

Younglove previously served as SVP of Prentiss Properties, in charge of leasing and management in Atlanta. She was responsible for leasing One Atlantic Center, the 50-story Midtown landmark for owner Sumitomo Life Realty (NY), Inc, along with numerous other urban and suburban assets including 1117 Perimeter Center West.

In 2000, she closed over $90 million in transactions and was named for the fourth time in ten years as a top five producer for office leasing in Atlanta. Prior to Prentiss, Younglove leased Peachtree Center, the six-tower, 2.3 million-square-foot, multi-use complex in downtown Atlanta for five years. During the first eight years of her career, she leased suburban assets for Metro Atlanta Properties, oversaw leasing and management and personally closed an average of 52 leases per year.

Younglove is 2018 President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Vice Chair of the Board of Dekalb Perimeter Community Improvement District, and a past president, charter member and Hall of Fame inductee of CREW Atlanta, where she serves on the Past President’s Advisory Council. Younglove is a licensed broker in Georgia and a graduate of Georgia State University. She has served on the Board of Midtown Alliance, Buckhead Christian Ministry and as Trustee of the Realtors Political Action Committee. Amanda Rhein is Senior Director of Transit Oriented Development and Real Estate at MARTA, the nation’s ninth largest transit system which includes heavy rail, bus and paratransit services. She oversees the Office of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Real Estate, whose vision is to create transit oriented communities that connect people to opportunities, drive sustainable community development and promote regional prosperity.

Ms. Rhein previously served as Interim Managing Director of Redevelopment at Invest Atlanta, Atlanta’s Development Authority and the economic development agency for the city of Atlanta. She oversaw the team responsible for managing and marketing the City’s

primary economic development tools, tax allocation districts (TADs) and New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs). While at Invest Atlanta Ms. Rhein doubled the number of TADs and funded over 30 projects which resulted in the investment of $3.5 billion in Atlanta’s most

underserved communities.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms. Rhein graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2002. She earned a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004. Ms. Rhein is a regular guest lecturer at the School of City and Regional Planning and has presented at numerous national and local conferences on TOD and economic development and in 2015 gave a TED talk at the TEDxAtlanta Conference. She has also authored articles in Urban Land Magazine, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Atlanta

Journal Constitution and contributed to several best practice case studies for the Council of Development Finance Agencies. Ms. Rhein is active in the Urban Land Institute at both the local and national level. Ms. Rhein is a member of the national Transit Orineted Development Council, a group of 50 national industry experts. Locally, she is active on the Livable Communities Council, a facilitator for the UrbanPlan program and a member of the Atlanta District Council Advisory Board. During her tenure as the inaugural co-chair of the ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership she designed and implemented an innovative leadership program for real estate professionals which now serves as a national model. Ms. Rhein served on the Board of Directors Dad’s Garage Theater Company from 2010 to 2015. She is presently a member of the board of Directors of Rebuilding Together Atlanta and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Preservation Center for which she also serves as a Downtown tour guide. She is a member of the Outstanding Atlanta Class of 2011 and the 2006 class of Leadership Atlanta’s LEAD Atlanta program, which she co-chaired from 2008 to 2009 and co-chaired the inaugural Alumni Steering Committee. Malaika Rivers is the Founder & President of Pontem Resources. She helps businesses and governments work together to imagine and build great places. She works with a wide variety of changemakers — from CEOs to city mayors — to find cost-sharing strategies for pressing development needs.

With a focus on transportation, mobility, connectivity, and placemaking, Malaika’s work builds physical infrastructure as well as sustainable organizations to support it. Having worked for and with real estate developers, consulting firms, governments, and planning organizations, she crafts strategies that bring vision, process, funding, and politics together to achieve healthy ROIs.

Malaika’s work includes the billion-dollar, sports-anchored, mixed-use development models of Centennial Yards (Atlanta Hawks) and The Battery Atlanta (Atlanta Braves). She is the foremost expert on Community Improvement Districts (CIDs). Having formed and led CIDs over decades, Malaika advises on how these development tools effectively channel infrastructure funding into commercial centers.

Malaika is a 100 Influential Women to Know, a Georgia 500, and a 25 Power Women to Watch. She received her B.S. from Virginia Tech and her C.M.E. from Harvard Business School. She frequently contributes to various media outlets and publishes forward-thinking reports, including how CIDs may be positioned at the forefront of smart cities and digital transformation.

Stephanie Friese is a strategic advocate and negotiator who represents commercial real estate clients across the United States in both transactional and litigation matters. She is a founding and managing partner of Pursley Friese Torgrimson. Previously, she founded and managed Friese Legal for 13 years as one of the first woman-owned, woman-managed law firms certified by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Stephanie is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition of land, to leasing, foreclosure, construction, and disposition. While she makes every effort to minimize a client’s inherent risks, she also litigates her client’s real estate issues related to the development, leasing and management of real estate.

Her clients include businesses that own and develop properties, as well as lenders, owners and investors involved in financing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial office and industrial properties across the country. She brings extensive experience in all matters related to commercial real estate law and litigation for retail, industrial, office and mixed use property.

Caroline Wilbert, president of The Wilbert Group, provides leadership and sets strategy for the firm and also works closely with clients. A former journalist, she is passionate about telling every client’s story, whether in a press release, white paper or tweet. As an entrepreneur and business owner herself, she is committed to developing programs that drive measurable business results for every client every day. She knows there is no point in PR for PR’s sake.

Caroline began her career in journalism, including seven years as a business reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and two years at the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She won awards both for breaking news and feature writing. Caroline's work appeared in The New York Times, Fast Company, Fortune Small Business, Atlanta magazine and many other publications nationwide. Her understanding of how newsrooms work - and what reporters and editors need - translates to major media placements for clients of The Wilbert Group.

Caroline has a journalism degree from the University of Georgia and enjoys making trips back to Athens both to speak to PR classes and for football games. Caroline serves on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and enjoys spending time with her three children.

Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, Inc.

Kristin Lamb serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, which is the largest commercial REALTOR association in the United States with approximately 2,500 members. The ACBR is considered the model for the nation for outstanding programs, events and member services, receiving national awards and recognition.

Lamb also serves as the vice president of Asset Management & Association Services, which manages eight real estate associations comprised of more than 13,000 members, including the Georgia Chapter of SIOR.

She serves as the Executive Vice President of the Atlanta Board Educational Foundation, which owns the Atlanta REALTORS Center; the 40,000 square foot building headquarters of the Atlanta Commercial Board, the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and 53 office tenants.

Lamb has served as the chairman of the Commercial Leadership Forum of the National Association of REALTORS and the chairman of the Association Executive Committee of the Georgia Association of REALTORS. She has received the highly credited REALTOR Certified Executive (RCE) designation for expertise in association management by the National Association of REALTORS and received the coveted ACBR President’s Award on two occasions.

Lamb has been honored by Bisnow as one of the Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate and has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in the “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” for fifteen consecutive years. Lamb was recently honored as one of the Most Admired CEO’s in commercial real estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Lamb is married to husband Michael and they have one young daughter, Virginia.
