Having been educated as architect and engineer, Greg Otto has been focused strategically upon collaborative working within the “gap” between architecture and engineering and the potential for innovation that such working brings. Not afraid to pioneer, he has been responsible for a broad range of innovations within the work of the firms he has worked, improving design and engineering workflows via digitization; creating and supporting the necessary collaborative environment to advance and expand multi-disciplinary thinking; and challenging traditional practice with new and innovative delivery models. He brings a wealth of specialist knowledge in highly sustainable, low energy buildings, structural engineering and building facades and has a proven track record working with some of the most renowned artists, designers and architects to deliver truly remarkable projects. He joined Clark Pacific in 2020 to provide leadership in an ongoing effort to develop a suite of prefabricated building solutions, and grow, advance Clark Pacific to a total building solutions provider.

Ricky is WoodWorks’ in-house expert on tall wood buildings, providing analysis and guidance on architectural, fire and life safety, and structural design topics related to tall mass timber projects. He supports the AEC community both directly and collaboratively with WoodWorks Regional Directors, and guides the development of education and resources related to tall wood buildings in the U.S. Prior to this emphasis, Ricky’s role encompassed all building types and wood systems. He also has extensive experience in lead engineer roles related to structural design, project management and construction administration. Ricky is very active as a member of numerous committees and councils related to building design and is the Executive Director of the Structural Engineers Association of Vermont.

Geoffrey Martin is an experienced real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in investment real estate. He is skilled in analytics, asset management, real estate acquisition and development. Geoffrey most recently served as Acquisition/Development Associate with GROWTH by NCRC where he sourced and managed residential development.

Libby O’Neill is a Multifamily Affordable Product Research Analyst at Fannie Mae. She has been working in the affordable housing sector for over ten years, with a focus on housing policy, research, and program administration.

Libby’s current work is focused on affordable rental supply, including research on modular construction, state and local housing policies, and best practices in creating and financing affordable rental housing. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2018, she worked at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, both as a Policy Analyst and a Program Manager for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on social policy from Florida State University.

Dave Walsh, Senior Director of Project Management for Marriott’s Global Design Select, Extended Stay and Lifestyle brand new builds, conversions, and adaptive reuse hotels in the U.S. and Canada. He has been with Marriott for over 20 years supporting the design and construction of almost 3,000 hotels. Recently, Dave is focused on Marriott’s modular initiative supporting efforts to drive modular alternative learnings across hospitality development as well as the design, construction and manufactures communities. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Dave began his career with Clark Construction working on commercial, healthcare and sports complex’s. In 2002 and 2012 Dave and his teams were acknowledged for their outstanding service and leadership receiving Marriott’s Global Design Distinguished Service Award.
