CHRISTINE GORHAM is the Director of Development for Caddis®. Caddis is a national development, investment and management firm focused exclusively on healthcare and seniors housing properties that started as a physician group and culturally remains extremely provider-centric.

Christine oversees business development and executive project strategy in the Southeast. Her focus is on growing Caddis’ development, acquisition and property management portfolios.

Christine brings with her a wealth of experience having spent 29 years in medical operations, with over 18 of those years focused in the healthcare real estate sector. She was CEO and Partner of Eastwood Real Estate Services, LLC, National Director of Asset Management for SRS Investments, LLC and spent a decade at Northside Hospital System in Atlanta, making her a uniquely qualified healthcare real estate professional.

Christine serves as the Chair of CREW Network Foundation, is a Director on the Board for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is the Chair for their Diversity Committee’s Mentor Program. She is on the Advisory Council for the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and is the Co-Chair of Membership for the Young Men’s Service League where she volunteers with one of her sons. She served as a Director on the international CREW Network Board and is a past President of CREW Atlanta. She was honored with the 2015 Shining Light Award by CREW Atlanta, was named one of Atlanta’s Top 40 Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by BISNOW and Top 100 Influential Leaders in Commercial Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Together they love time spent with their three sons, extended family and friends.

Stephanie Friese is a strategic advocate and negotiator who represents commercial real estate clients across the United States in both transactional and litigation matters. She is a founding and managing partner of Pursley Friese Torgrimson. Previously, she founded and managed Friese Legal for 13 years as one of the first woman-owned, woman-managed law firms certified by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Stephanie is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition of land, to leasing, foreclosure, construction, and disposition. While she makes every effort to minimize a client’s inherent risks, she also litigates her client’s real estate issues related to the development, leasing and management of real estate.

Her clients include businesses that own and develop properties, as well as lenders, owners and investors involved in financing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial office and industrial properties across the country. As Executive Vice President, Ray Uttenhove leads the Atlanta office for SRS Real Estate Partners, a Dallas-based commercial real estate company, and serves as a director on the SRS Board. Recognized as a retail authority, she has been named the Top Retail Producer by the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors for multiple years and is a regular speaker at real estate conferences.

Sandi Parker has been involved in environmentally progressive real estate for two decades. As the Creative Director of Indigo Collective, she crafts the vision and leads strategy at the Atlanta-based marketing firm. Pivotal to the Ponce City Market development team, Sandi led marketing efforts from acquisition to opening. A founding member of the Jamestown Creative Department, Sandi handled marketing and FF&E selection on office, multi-family, mixed-use, hotel, and condo projects including the Schermerhorn condo in New York, The Madison Hotel & Office buildings in Washington, D.C., and 999 Peachtree and Westside Provisions District.

Prior to Jamestown, Sandi worked on the development teams responsible for Woodstock Downtown, a ULI Development of Excellence, and Vickery Village, an ARC Development of the Year, as well as the Lucky Marietta District in Downtown, Atlanta. Before making the leap into development, Sandi spent her early years as a commercial interior designer.

Sandi grew up in Portland, a city that values creative environments, reuse of historic structures and art as intrinsic parts of development. That exposure, combined with an interior design degree and experience in San Francisco, London, New York, and D.C. allowed Sandi to develop a deep appreciation for developments that provide a sense of place and community.

Ann Cone is a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office of CBRE HMF, Inc., CBRE’s FHA lending division. Ms. Cone is responsible for marketing and originating FHA insured construction and permanent financing for multifamily, senior living and healthcare housing. Ms. Cone has more than 30 years in commercial real estate with emphasis in FHA insured debt products.

Ms. Cone began her career in 1983 in Atlanta with the Center for Housing Alternatives, a non-profit organization that providing consulting and technical assistance for specialized housing for persons with disabilities. In 1986 she was promoted to Administrator responsible for the organization’s production of housing.

1n 1994 she co-founded the Housing Resource Center (HRC) to provide consulting and technical services for housing for the elderly housing, persons with disabilities and veterans. That same year, HRC was awarded the Southeastern Master Technical Assistance Advisory role for the Resolution Trust Corporation to facilitate sales to non-profit organizations for affordable housing.

In 2006, she left HRC to work on the lending side of the business with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company as Director of Originations. In this capacity she was responsible for the origination of construction and permanent financing for market rate and affordable multifamily properties as well as healthcare properties including skilled nursing and assisted living.

Ms. Cone joined CBRE in February, 2015.

Katherine Mosley oversees all aspects of development, including entitlements, design, permitting, capital structuring and execution for all new developments. As a Principal of Development, Katherine has been involved with $1 billion of capital transactions spread across targeted southeastern markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Jacksonville, Charlotte and Raleigh.

Katherine began her career with TriBridge directly out of college. In her 13 years at TriBridge, her career has spanned acquisitions, market research, capital projects and development. During her early years with the company she focused on acquisitions and market repositioning through value-add improvements and market knowledge. This foundation of market knowledge laid the framework for many successful developments. Her broad portfolio includes the zoning, closing, and development of 20 acres adjacent to Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina; the entitlement, closing, development and sale of One305 Central in Charlotte, North Carolina’s vibrant and eclectic Plaza Midwood neighborhood; and the entitlement, closing, and development of The Griff, a river-side, mixed use community in Nashville’s Germantown market.

Katherine graduated magna cum laude from Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate.

While Katherine is passionate about development, her favorite role is mom to her mini-me daughter.

As the Senior Vice President of National Property Management & Sustainability for Columbia Property Trust, Ms. Bolan is responsible for developing and overseeing the property management and engineering operations, capital improvement projects, and financial activities for the company’s assets, which are located in New York City, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Boston, and Atlanta.

Prior to joining Columbia Property Trust in 2015, Ms. Bolan worked for JLL for 22 years in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently she served as International Director and Regional Manager in the Atlanta market, where she was responsible for overall property management business operations, client relationship management, business growth and employee development. Her tenure at JLL involved assignments in New Jersey, New York City, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville. Prior to JLL, Ms. Bolan was a junior military officer recruiter and commercial banker. Before starting her civilian career, she was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Supply Corp.

Ms. Bolan is a member of BOMA, NAIOP and CREW and holds the LEED Green Associate accreditation. She is a seven-year member of the Southface Energy Institute Board of Directors, serving as Board Chair from 2014-2015. She serves on the Women’s Leadership Advisory Board of the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Cheryl leads real estate activities at Westside Future Fund (“WFF”). Westside Future Fund is a not-for-profit organization of Atlanta community leaders who believe in the future of four key neighborhoods on Atlanta’s Westside (English Avenue, Vine City, Ashview Heights and Atlanta University Center), and are committed to helping the area revitalize and grow without displacing long-term residents.

Cheryl has 30+ years of professional investment management, and public and private financing experience focused primarily in commercial real estate and economic development. Before joining WFF, she served as Director of Public Finance Investment Banking at Stifel Nicolaus from 2012 to 2017 where she closed $550 million in government and development related municipal bond financings across the southeast, including debt refinancings that generated significant economic savings for the City of Atlanta. From 2004 to 2012, she held the role of Managing Director of Redevelopment at Invest Atlanta. While at Invest Atlanta, the City’s economic development agency, she led the team’s issuance of $550M+ in bonds in 6 separate transactions and leveraged $4 billion in private investments, including a $78M transaction voted 2009’s “Best Bond Deal of the Year” nationally by Council of Development Finance Agencies (“CDFA”) for the Atlanta BeltLine project. Additionally, she was responsible for providing essential gap funding for 35+ projects in targeted communities, adding 1.5 million square feet of office space, 2.1 million square feet of entertainment/retail space, 6,900 single and multifamily residential units (including 2,400 affordable housing units) and 800 new hotel rooms.

Cheryl also served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Prudential Global Investment Management, where she held the position as Principal / Managing Vice President for real estate investments and underwrote and/or closed more than $1 billion in loan transactions. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Education from Northwestern University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Core5, Lisa’s chief responsibilities include business development and capital deployment in the Southeastern United States. Her primary focus is on land acquisition, entitlement and development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities. A 30-year+ veteran of commercial real estate, Lisa’s career achievements include overseeing more than 33 million square feet of industrial investment sales and leases for a total market value in excess of $1.1 billion. Since 1997, she has consistently ranked among the top five industrial producers in Georgia by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). In 2017, under Lisa’s leadership, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked the Core5 Atlanta office as the #1 Commercial Real Estate Developer in the industrial category, with over 4.5 million square feet of new development for the year. Lisa holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition to active memberships with the ACBR and NAIOP, she is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Lisa acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Lisa’s past duties involved asset management, development, investment sales, and marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Lisa previously served in Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at DCT Industrial Trust and IDI (now IDI Logistics).

Tina Renee McCall serves as the Managing Director of Asset Management & Dispositions at Bridge Investment Group. She oversees Disposition and Asset Management teams nationally and is responsible for capital markets and asset management training programs and procedures. During her career, McCall has developed successful management and marketing strategies for commercial real estate assets across the country. A proven problem-solver and leader, McCall is highly experienced in asset management, leasing, capital markets and portfolio management, and has cultivated tenant relationships with executives at Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Bridge, McCall was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, where she helmed the organization’s East Region office and managed the investment performance for 20 buildings totaling more than 3 million square feet. She hired and directed asset management analysts, brokers, property managers, administrative staff and engineers to implement marketing and management strategies, and she successfully completed more than 100 lease transactions over a four-year period.

McCall has also served as Vice President of Asset Management for Columbia Property Trust, where she directed the financial performance of 20 assets totaling more than 7 million square feet in major U.S. markets such as New York, Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Raleigh-Durham and Pittsburgh. Through her highly focused investment approach, McCall significantly enhanced the value of real estate assets while maintaining an average occupancy rate of 95 percent. She also played an integral role in the firm’s successful disposition of 18 properties, totaling nearly 4 million square feet.

During her time as Investment Officer at Wells Real Estate Funds, McCall completed more than 900,000 square feet of new and renewed leases, helped with a strategic portfolio disposition totaling 1.9 million square feet, and maintained an average occupancy rate of 94 percent.

McCall received a bachelor’s degree in environmental economics and management from the University of Georgia, as well as a master’s of business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and currently serves as the 2018 President for CREW Atlanta and the 2018 Director of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Vivian Barnes joined Ackerman & Co. in 1996. She directs asset and property management services, financial services and the day-to-day operations for the company. In this role, she is responsible for developing relationships with owners/investors to deliver asset management services. She oversees the financial administration of the company, its developments and the properties it manages. Vivian began her career in commercial real estate and financial services more than 25 years ago in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining Ackerman, she managed financial services for commercial, retail, industrial and construction projects with CARTER and Cushman & Wakefield. Vivian is proficient in MRI, Skyline, Timberline, Kardin and AvidXchange software.

With over 26 years of experience, Tonya Creekmore joined Brixmor Property Group in 2016 as Senior Vice President in the National Accounts Department to grow the company’s entertainment, food and beverage sector creating merchandising mixes to better serve the communities Brixmor serves. Brixmor is a REIT owning and operating over 470 retail centers comprising approximately 80 million square feet.

Before joining Brixmor, Tonya was a Partner at Avison Young for over 5 years in their Retail Advisory Services Group. Tonya’s responsibilities include growing Avison Young’s 3rd party asset management, leasing and development for retail assets including enclosed malls, open air shopping centers and mixed use properties.

Before joining Avison Young, Tonya was a Vice President at General Growth Properties responsible for Big Box and Peripheral Land Leasing and Development for the East coast. Her responsibilities included strategic planning and re-merchandising of anchor tenant vacancies, followed by leading the marketing and negotiating with catalyst anchor tenants. Tonya’s portfolio exceeded 18 million square along the east coast. Prior to General Growth Properties, Tonya was a Partner at North American Properties for over six years where she negotiated catalyst anchor tenant transactions, oversaw the development and leasing of power centers, mixed use and grocery anchored developments. Prior to North American Properties, Tonya was a Senior Leasing Representative for Ben Carter Properties for 10 years.

Dr. Eloisa Klementich is President and CEO of Invest Atlanta. Previously, Eloisa served as managing director of business development at Invest Atlanta. In this position, she worked to attract new businesses and create initiatives that promoted job growth in Atlanta. Before coming to Invest Atlanta, Eloisa served as special assistant for economic development at the U.S. Economic Development Administration in the Office of the Secretary. She served as California’s assistant deputy secretary for economic development and commerce and has held various roles with city governments, including the consultant for Mexico’s President Vicente Fox, working on best practices for addressing constituent issues and requests. Eloisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Pitzer College and a master’s degree in business administration from el Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. She holds two master’s degrees in urban planning and Latin American affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her doctorate degree in public administration from the University of LaVerne. Eloisa is also active in various business and civic organizations. She serves as a board member for the Latin American Civic Association, Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, Atlanta Technical College, Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, LaunchPad 2x, Startup Atlanta, and Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc. A graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2017, she is also involved with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, Georgia Economic Development Association, and International Economic Development Council.

Maxine Hicks focuses her practice on real estate development with a particular emphasis on large mixed-use, transit-oriented developments, including destinations for stadiums, entertainment, hospitality, club and resort projects.

Maxine also advises developers, owners and healthcare providers on real estate issues associated with medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term acute care hospitals and hospital campus projects.

Maxine has extensive experience in real property acquisition, development and leasing; planned communities; distressed assets; state and federal regulation of real property; mixed-use community governance; and public-private partnerships. She regularly counsels developers on legal issues related to builder programs; land sales regulation; condominium and homeowner associations; and stadium, hotel, spa, ski, marina and golf course developments. She also assists clients with site selection, zoning compliance, contract negotiation, acquisition, construction, property management and lease negotiations.

Serving as the CBRE Managing Director and Occupier Leader in Atlanta, Audrey Frey works closely with both local and national executive leadership to grow CBRE’s market share and portfolio success in the Atlanta metro area in office, retail and industrial spaces. Responsible for driving the success of Atlanta’s occupier brokerage professionals, Audrey serves as a business partner and strategist.

Holistically, Ms. Frey is charged with bringing together the incredible talent of our sales professionals and marrying them with the ever diversified CBRE platform. Audrey serves as a key player in talent acquisition, broker onboarding, training, and business planning for the occupier sales professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities often include executive leadership collaboration, business development strategy, pursuit identification, strategic team formation, broker debriefs, multi-market coordination, technology implementation and oversight of business development marketing and field research professionals.

Audrey’s success in this role is undoubtedly attributed to her passion for the business and the people within it. Her understanding of the needs of brokers and clients allow Ms. Frey to provide world class services, solutions and resources on behalf of CBRE.

Ms. Dawn J. Luke currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Invest Atlanta and oversees its, Community Development, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Investment Services departments. Prior to her current position, Dawn served as Senior Vice President of Community Development and was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the successful execution of a shared vision of comprehensive community development, quality affordable housing, and economic growth in the City of Atlanta’s ten Tax Allocation Districts. Ms. Luke also served as the Managing Director of Housing Finance for five years and was responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of $250M in pivotal affordable housing programs which served to provide viable housing solutions for Atlanta’s workforce, seniors, disabled and individuals confronted with homelessness.

A native of Georgia and a graduate of the prestigious historically black university, Spelman College, Ms. Luke has been an employee of Invest Atlanta for 24 years. By beginning her career path with the Urban Residential Finance Authority as a Financial Analyst then later transitioning to the Invest Atlanta as the Director of Asset Management and eventually to Deputy Managing Director of Housing Finance, Ms. Luke has been instrumental in setting forth the mission and vision of the agency in its role as the City of Atlanta’s housing finance agency. During her tenure with Invest Atlanta, Ms. Luke also managed and operated the Authority’s multifamily and single-family Housing Bond Portfolio of approximately $1.8 billion and more than 20,000 units of housing. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the programmatic implementation of monumental and inaugural affordable housing programs like the $75M Housing Opportunity Bond Program, $60M Single Family GNMA Purchase Program, $50M Homeless Opportunity Fund Program and the $20M Beltline Affordable Housing Trust Fund dedicated to providing housing assistance to working and homeless families.

While Invest Atlanta has traditionally been known for its role in financing large scale commercial real estate development projects, Ms. Luke has been given the opportunity to assist in redefining the agency’s mission and provision of services. With her leadership, Invest Atlanta expanded its operations to include a comprehensive approach to building vibrant communities, growing a strong economy and increasing economic prosperity.

Ms. Luke earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Spelman College and a MBA in International Business from Georgia State University. She currently serves as President Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Georgia Sustainable Communities Alliance (GSCA), Vice President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (NALHFA), President of the Formation Board of the Southwest Atlanta Partnership, Inc., Board of Directors of Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative, and is a member of the Enterprise Community Partners Advisory Board. She is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Atlanta Business League (ABL), Freddie Mac’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council (AHAC), Cornerstone’s Standards Advisory Committee, National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), the Atlanta Women’s Foundation – Women in the Boardroom, Women’s Affordable Housing Network, and a member of HomeFirst Allocation Committee.

Ms. Luke has also been selected as Rolling Out Magazine’s Top 25 Women in Atlanta 2014, Cambridge’s Who’s Who Among Professional Executives, ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership Class of 2014, Member of Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2015 and Atlanta Business League’s Top 100 Women of Influence 2016. Additionally, Ms. Luke is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church and an active participant in community service activities including her service as a volunteer mentor and President of the Henry McNeal Turner High Class of 1990 Alumni Association.

With over 20 years experience in strategy and management consulting with Towers Watson, Deloitte and World Vision Australia, she thrives at the intersection of corporate, not-for-profit, faith-based and government organizations to create innovative, sustainable and transformational outcomes.

Formerly, she was a Director and US representative of The Creations Group, a Hong Kong based realestate investment company headquartered in Atlanta. There she led the strategic direction and management team for The Creations Group's $40M+ portfolio including over 400K sqft of commercial and mixed used properties in Atlanta. Most notably she led the creation of Atlanta’s first impact hub, the M Rich Center now the home of the Center for Civic Innovation and in partnership, formed the South Downtown initiative, activating multiple programs and catalyzing new private investment. Cherie is a Board Member of the Urban Land Institute of Atlanta and speaks regularly at ULI, Atlanta Symposium Studies and Bisnow on the topic of foreign investment, social impact and equity.

Nancy, along with her husband Les, founded Juneau Construction Company in 1997. Since opening its doors 21 years ago, Juneau has become the top woman-owned general contractor in the Southeast, and the 2nd largest woman-owned firm, of any type, in Georgia. Juneau is also ranked #13 among 2018 Top General Contractors in Georgia by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Juneau has grown to over $250 million in annual revenues and over 150 employees with offices in Atlanta and Miami and performs as Construction Managers, Design-Builders and General Contractors on public and private projects across the Southeast. Juneau’s core markets include Higher Education (Housing, Dining, Student Centers, Academic Buildings), Hospitality, Multi-Family/Mixed-Use, and Recreation/Athletic Facilities.

Passionate about giving back to the community, Nancy serves on numerous organizations and boards. Newly elected in the summer of 2018, Nancy will serve a four-year term as a University of Georgia Foundation, Board of Trustee, giving back to her Alma Mater. This year Nancy was named one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEO’s by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was recognized by March of Dimes with a Women of Distinction Award for her extensive contributions to the local community.

Juneau is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and she also serves on the Georgia Independent College Association Board and Executive Committee. Additionally, Nancy enjoys speaking on panels, at conferences and to local businesses including events for Clemson Construction Industry Symposium, UGA Terry Business School, NAWIC and ENR’s Groundbreaking Women in Construction Conference.

On the weekends Nancy enjoys competing in triathlons, spending time with family at the beach, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens.
