Why You Should Attend This Event

Why This Matters

Project cost is under more scrutiny than at any other point in recent times due to the challenges in the financial market. Construction cost has begun to level out, but there is increased pressure to deliver quality product on schedule and on budget. There are a number of approaches to this from process and planning oriented, to wholesale construction program variances in the market today. We will discuss what project managers and developers are attempting on the front end. This event will discuss new technology and it's impact on the building ecosystem from artificial intelligence, to 3D printing or more process-oriented aspects like modular constructionand adaptive reuse. As the year concludes, the event will also take a discerning look at what the impact of the election, and the 50 basis point rate cut from the Federal Reserve, and what they will mean for the industry and development pipelines moving into 2025. Join us as we cover the most pressing issues in the building landscape to better equip you in your search for your next deals.

  • In what ways is the construction industry adjusting prospective project schedules for realism and efficiency?

  • What levers can be pulled to maintain project cost from the planning through execution phases of development cycles?

  • What innovative building practices or delivery methods are being implemented in the industry today?

  • How can Artificial Intelligence aid the building process and how is it being implemented at an early stage?

  • What impact will the November election have on the building community from an economic, financial or construction perspective?
