Ruben serves as Regional Center Director for HUD’s Multifamily Housing Division where he leads the Southeast Region in making large scale commercial multifamily real estate investment and asset management decisions. Prior to HUD, Ruben spent over nineteen (19) years at Fannie Mae in a variety of leadership positions most notably as Director of Multifamily Construction and Interim Finance and Director of Multifamily Affordable Housing. A native of Baltimore, Ruben received a BS degree in Management from Morgan State University, an MPA degree from the University of Baltimore, and an MS degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business. Ruben is a golfing and jogging enthusiast, member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and has a keen interest in financial literacy and economic empowerment.

Jay Denton heads up Axiometrics’ analytics efforts, having joined the company as a research analyst fresh from earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Tech University. As one of Axiometrics’ pioneers, Denton helped grow the company into a nationally recognized research firm known for its granular apartment market and student housing data and outstanding customer service. Throughout his tenure, Denton has introduced and perfected state-of-the-art research methodologies, processes, products and scheduling to help ensure the quality, consistency and timeliness of the information collected. In 2008, he moved Axiometrics into monthly unit and floor plan data collection and analysis, a method still in place today as the backbone of the company’s database.

Vicki Lundy Wilbon is a Principal and President of Real Estate with The Integral Group LLC (Integral), an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment management firm. In this capacity, she plays a significant role in developing corporate policy and driving execution towards the successful accomplishment of strategic goals. Ms. Wilbon also serves as President of Integral's Community Development Division. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's redevelopment initiatives, many executed through public/private partnerships. Integral has distinguished itself in the marketplace by completing some of the nation's most successful and transformative residential and mixed-use developments through thoughtful and innovative master planning and implementation. Ms. Wilbon has worked extensively in the Real Estate development industry for over thirty-five years. Under Ms. Wilbon's leadership, Integral has amassed a multi-family development portfolio of nearly $700 Million. Through her experience in "place- making" and multi-phased redevelopments, she has managed every aspect of comprehensive development programs including master planning with community participation, managing public/private partnerships, inspiring creative design, and developing and implementing innovative financing structures. Ms. Wilbon has mastered the use and layering of federal, or other public funds, with private equity, conventional debt, and other funding sources. She has structured and implemented numerous urban revitalization projects and developed strong relationships with institutional debt and equity providers. Ms. Wilbon serves on the Saint Joseph Health System (Atlanta) Board of Directors, the Georgia State University Honors College Board of Advisors, and the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Fund.

As a Principal and Chief Operating Officer for RADCO, Peter implements RADCO’s business and operation objectives. He’s been with RADCO since 2003, and directly oversees RADCO's accounting, legal and acquisition executives. Peter has more than 25 years of real estate operating, transaction and financial management experience with both large institutions and entrepreneurial organizations. He spent more than 12 years with JMB Realty Corporation and its subsidiary, Xanterra Parks & Resorts, working in the portfolio management, finance and accounting areas of the companies. Peter also held senior financial and asset management roles at Met Life, Miles Properties and Green Street Properties. His experience extends to multifamily, condominiums, mixed-use development, masterplanned communities and subdivisions and operating hotels. Peter has extensive experience planning and implementing accounting and retail system conversions, managing large groups, and performing roles as Controller and CFO. “I always considered accounting the language of business,” says Peter. “Now, I use my financial background to look carefully at risk versus reward with regards to potential investments.” Peter is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and is a CPA (inactive). His favorite part about RADCO? “Our growth and improvement as a company is gratifying,” explains Peter. “We operate at hyper speed and maintain very high performance standards.”

In his role as Founder and Principal of Columbia Residential, LLC, Mr. Khalil directs the company in its mission to provide quality affordable housing in major metropolitan communities. He formed the company in 1991 as the Affordable Housing Partnership, Inc. and concentrated on real estate development consulting. By 1995, he expanded the scope of the organization to include full-service real estate development and management, changing its name to Columbia Residential. Today, Noel is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and development operations, as well as the formation of alliances with local communities, non-profit CDCs, financial institutions, governmental entities, and public housing authorities. He leads Columbia Residential’s development team in the selection and acquisition of residential sites and personally handles the structuring of multifamily housing transactions financed through low income housing tax credits, HOME loans, FHLB subsidy, HOPE VI loans and conventional bank loans. Prior to establishing Columbia Residential, Noel acted as President of Gibraltar Land, Inc., (a subsidiary of H.J. Russell & Company) an Atlanta-based real estate development company. In this position, he managed all real estate investment, acquisition, and development activities. His additional professional background includes positions as Executive Vice President of H.J. Russell & Company and Senior Vice President of U.S. Home Corporation. During his extensive career in the industry, Noel has been responsible for the development of more than 10,000 multifamily and single-family housing units throughout the United States.

Mr. Tague is President of AMLI Residential & Chairman of ADC and started with AMLI in 1981. He oversees AMLI's development and construction activities. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. Tague worked for the Chicago law firm of Mayer Brown. He received a B.S. from Northwestern in 1971 and a J.D. from Ohio State in 1977. He is a past president and/or chairman of the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Georgia Apartment Association, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Mr. Tague is an officer or member of the ULI, NAIOP, REIAC, IDRC, and the NMHC. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, John graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration. After graduation, John began renovating and flipping single family homes. He then began to purchase and renovate foreclosed or otherwise troubled apartment communities before relocating to Atlanta in 1992. Once there he founded JAMCO Properties, Inc. which specializes in acquiring, rehabbing and repositioning value-add workforce housing in the Atlanta Metro area. A licensed Georgia General Contractor, John and the JAMCO team members reposition under-performing communities to add to the JAMCO investment and management portfolio which now totals over 4600 apartment homes. A long standing member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, JAMCO Properties has consistently been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in “Atlanta’s Top 20 Property Management Companies”. John also serves on the board of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and is committed to historic preservation causes.

Andrew D. Siegel is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Practice and is a co-leader of the Industrial and Warehouse Sub-Practice. Mr. Siegel is also a past member of the State Bar of Georgia Section of Real Property Law, Legal Opinion Revision Committee of 2008–09. Mr. Siegel focuses his practice on representing developers, owners and investors in the structuring and closing of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of raw land, mixed-use projects, office buildings, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, hotels and regional malls. Additionally, Mr. Siegel represents developers and investors in the formation and structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies. He has extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of acquisition, loan, easement, mixed-use, syndication and leasing documentation for developers, owners, investors, purchasers and sellers.

Since joining CFI in 2011, Brooks’s responsibilities have included development site selection, acquisitions, capital raising, recruiting and the continued growth of the affiliated management platform, CFLane. Prior to joining CFI, Brooks worked for Lane Company, Tribridge Residential, and most recently, as a Senior Director for Greystar Real Estate Partners. Brooks attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Human and Organization Development, and also earned an Master of Science in Real Estate from the Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He holds a Georgia real estate sales license, in addition to being an active member of NMHC and ULI.

Will is the leads the Multifamily Advisory Group | East Region, actively managing the platform and covering over 20 states in teh region. Since 2012, Will has assisted with the sale of over 214,500 apartment units totaling $1.3 billion. Will specializes in institutional multifamily sales and the placement of equity capital.

Brian T. Murdy serves as the senior vice president/national director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and Marcus & Millichap’s National Seniors Housing Group (NSHG). He oversees the multifamily, student housing, and seniors housing divisions of IPA, as well as Marcus & Millichap’s NSHG investment specialists. Mr. Murdy has extensive multifamily experience and brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience to this role. Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Murdy served as a portfolio manager at Hartford, Conn.-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers for 13 years. Among the portfolios that he oversaw was Cornerstone’s flagship core open-end fund, including leading capital raising. Prior to managing Cornerstone’s core open-ended fund, he had been portfolio manager for two apartment development funds and two separate accounts. In addition, he was responsible for overseeing the debt strategies on Cornerstone’s entire equity portfolio for 11 years. Mr. Murdy established strong relationships with state, county and city pension funds, off-shore investors, insurance companies as well as foundations and endowments resulting in raising and deploying over $2.5 billion of capital. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Murdy was a director and portfolio manager for Henderson Global Investors (now TIAA-CREF), where he managed three apartment funds, two public and two private syndications, as well as Phoenix Home Life’s $1 billion real estate equity portfolio and a $2 billion mortgage loan portfolio. He also has experience as an auditor with KPMG, focusing on real estate, banking and broadcasting. Mr. Murdy is an executive committee member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He graduated magna cum laude from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

As Senior Director, Jake Reid specializes in assisting both private and institutional clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout Georgia. During his career, Mr. Reid has represented clients in the dispositions for more than 200 properties totaling over $600 million. Through the Franklin Street collaborative platform, Mr. Reid is able to focus on clients’ financial needs and goals as a focal point of the exit strategy – including a detailed marketing plan tailored for a seamless transaction to achieve maximum proceeds for his clients. Initiating Franklin Street’s Atlanta multifamily sales practice in 2010, Mr. Reid oversees Atlanta’s growing team dedicated to serving the multifamily communities throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as part of the apartment sales team for Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office for more than nine years. Before his career in investment sales, Mr. Reid gained valuable experience in apartment management with LIT Properties based in Midtown Atlanta. In addition to existing multifamily sales, he has unique experience with the marketing of suburban land, urban infill, and adaptive reuse properties. Mr. Reid is currently a member of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and a recipient of numerous awards including being recognized as one of Real Estate Forum’s 2016 50 Under 40 professionals. He has received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award from 2012 to 2018 and was a Top Earner Award winner in Atlanta for 2015. Mr. Reid graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in International Business with a concentration in Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Georgia.
