J.A. Green Development Corp. has acquired 175 acres at JAG Logistics Center at DIA.

The property at 26100-25120 East 68th Ave. in Aurora, adjacent to the 75-acre parcel the company acquired last year, will accommodate flexible build-to-suit sites ranging from 100K SF to 1M SF with delivery slated for the fourth quarter of 2020. An access road, or tug road, is planned for tenants that require more immediate access into the airport cargo area.

The JAG Logistics Center at DIA is at the southern border of Denver International Airport and will ultimately be developed with more than 3M SF of Class-A warehouse space in two phases. The JAG Logistics Center is part of the Porteos master-planned development and is in an opportunity zone.

Porteos is a 5,000-acre development with zoning that allows for all types of commercial development. Walmart Real Estate Business Trust bought 169 acres where it is expected to build an e-commerce distribution center.

“We could not be more excited about the JAG Logistics Center at DIA,” J.A. Green President Dan Green said. “Our land position will allow us to accommodate users of all sizes and provide them with highly sought-after amenities, such as on-site trailer parking and outside storage. Our proximity to DIA, as well as our flexible design, will give our customers a tremendous competitive advantage.”
