The Vīb hotel in RiNo will be the brand's first Colorado location.

Plans are in the works to add a third hotel to Denver’s River North neighborhood.

Englewood-based TWC Management plans to develop a locally inspired Vīb, a boutique hotel concept by Best Western Hotels & Resorts, at 3560 Brighton Blvd. It will be the brand’s first Colorado location. The 112-room Vīb will have a rooftop terrace with seating and a lobby bar featuring local craft beverages and food. The hotel also will provide Zen Zones for guests to unwind. Other amenities include 2K SF of meeting space, a grab-and-go food service area, gaming pods, free WiFi, a fitness center, and guest rooms outfitted with smart TVs and workstations with Herman Miller desk chairs.

“The creativity, ingenuity and grit of RiNo serves as the foundation for everything we’re doing with Vīb,” TWC CEO and co-owner Jennifer Gipfert said. “More than anything, we want this hotel to support the ethos and strengthen the economic vitality of the neighborhood. Vīb will provide an affordable option for leisure and business travelers to explore and patronize local restaurants, breweries, galleries and shops.”

Vīb has two other locations in Antalya, Turkey, and Springfield, Missouri. TWC owns and operates three Best Western-branded hotels in Colorado and Wyoming.
