How KBS Is Bringing A Higher Level Of Tech To Dallas

Dallas

KBS, a firm that has handled more than $32.5B worth of transactions since its inception in 1992, is making a major investment in Dallas’ tech infrastructure.

Recently, the company pursued and earned Wired Certification for 11 of its buildings in this market, with each notching either a Gold or Silver rating. They are the first-ever Wired Certified buildings in Dallas, giving them an edge when courting tech-minded tenants in the area.

“KBS manages several of the most coveted commercial real estate buildings in the Dallas market,” WiredScore CEO and co-founder Arie Barendrecht tells Bisnow. “They are focused on bringing best-in-class services to their tenants, especially when it comes to meeting tenants’ ever-increasing tech and connectivity requirements. For that reason, they made a substantial investment to implement the infrastructure that would support state-of-the-art connectivity, which helped them earn Wired Certification for their buildings.”

Arie says Wired Certification is about more than attracting tenants. It’s also about offering the businesses setting up shop in KBS’s Dallas portfolio the reliable and speedy internet connectivity they need to operate efficiently and effectively.

Now the following buildings in Dallas are joining the 650-plus roster of Wired Certified buildings worldwide:

  • Providence Towers: 5001 Spring Valley Road, Dallas – Wired Certified Gold

  • 3811 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas – Wired Certified Gold

  • Preston Commons: 8111 Preston Road, Dallas – Wired Certified Silver

  • Tower 909: 909 Lake Carolyn Pkwy, Irving – Wired Certified Silver

  • Sterling Plaza: 5949 Sherry Lane, Dallas – Wired Certified Silver

  • Highland Park Place: 4514 Cole Ave, Dallas – Wired Certified Silver

  • Legacy Town Center: 6900 and 7160 Dallas Pkwy, 5801 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano – Wired Certified Gold
