Dallas City Council has two high-profile commercial real estate projects on its 101-item agenda today: giving the nod for Harlan Crow to add a skybridge between the Pavilion building and the parking garage in Preston Center and approving $431M in TIF funds for Dallas Midtown (the redevelopment at Valley View Mall).
