Houston-based Hanover Co is planning to build a 422-unit apartment community in Dallas’ Midtown Park development. The new community will be just east of the DART rail line, according to the Dallas Morning News.

The land that fronts Rambler Road where the new complex will be built is one of the last available sites in Midtown Park. Hanover’s permits with the city reveal the price tag is $42.6M.

San Antonio-based Embrey Partners is building more than 300 units along Manderville Lane, and Legacy Senior Communities is building a $60M senior living project in the development. Provident Realty also plans a $30M apartment community in the Midtown Park. [DMN]
