Sterling Bay, JLL, CBRE Big Winners At TOBY Awards

It was a huge night for Chicago's property ownership and management community as BOMA/Chicago's annual TOBY Gold Circle Awards were held at the Chicago Hilton and Towers. Emceed by ABC7's Janet Davies, the awards celebrate the best of Chicago's property management community.

Snapped: the team at 181 W Madison, owned by CBRE and managed by MB Real Estate. Although they didn't take home any awards, they still had a great time. Here are the winners:

Building of the Year (250k-499k SF): 550 W Washington, JLL (manager)

Building of the Year (500k-1M SF): 200 W Madison, Transwestern (manager)

Building of the Year (over 1M SF): AMA Plaza, Riverview property Management (manager)
