Citadel signed NYC's most expensive lease ever at L&L Holdings' under-construction 425 Park Ave. Citadel is leasing 200k SF on the penthouse level for a reported $300k per SF.
The lease may also be the most expensive in the nation's history. Griffin, whose net worth is $7B, is also looking to close on a $200M condo at 220 Central Park South, dubbed the "billionaire's bunker."
