Facebook signed a lease for 15k SF at 191 N Wacker. It's another sign of the strength of the downtown office market, where vacancy rates are steady. Startups like Facebook have been moving into more traditional offices as newer loft office space is quickly absorbed by tenants. Savills Studley Chicago head Robert Sevim told Crain's 191 N Wacker's location may have been a determining factor in the lease.
