Take a look at this rendering for Sedgwick Properties' multifamily development in Old Town. Construction is already underway on the seven-story, 69-unit luxury apartment building, which is expected to be delivered in fall 2017.
The project at 301 W North Ave will include ground-level retail, DNA Info reports. No micro-units are planned; instead, expect a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 600 SF to 1,300 SF. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a wading pool, an outdoor kitchen, bike storage, a fitness center and a fire pit.
