Congrats to Callahan Construction Managers, which received the Eagle, Green and Safety Awards from the Massachusetts Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors for the company's work on the Alnoba retreat destination in Kensington, NH.

The Safety Excellence award recognizes a project's exceptional achievements in job site safety; the Building Green Award recognizes significant achievements in green construction; and the Eagle Award recognizes overall excellence in project execution, craftsmanship, safety, innovative elements and challenges, and client satisfaction.

Alnoba is a 14k SF retreat for individuals, groups and organizations that combines historic New England craftsmanship with energy-efficiency tech. It's the first building of its kind in New England to earn Passive House certification for energy efficiency.
