Erik Magnuson Buys 3KEYS Property Management

BISWIRE/Feb. 19, 2024 — Real estate professional Erik Magnuson recently acquired Three Keys Property Management, a full-service property management and maintenance services company based in Issaquah, WA that serves the greater Puget Sound area. At the time of acquisition, 3KEYS had 275 residential properties under management. Erik Magnuson will focus most on the growth of its management portfolio, having said that the company was already positioned well as it relates to its in-place processes and procedures.

As president, Erik Magnuson will be responsible for all aspects of 3KEYS including management oversight, financial viability, growth of the company's portfolio, and strategic direction.
