An innovative convenience destination featuring Circle K, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ and Papa Johns Watertown, New York location is under construction and expected to open in January 2027

BISWIRE/Sept. 29, 2026 — The Briad Group, a leading hospitality and retail developer based in Livingston, New Jersey, today announced the anticipated grand opening of its first multi-brand Circle K travel center, located at 265 Court Street in Binghamton, New York, scheduled for Fall 2026. A second multi-brand Circle K travel center in Watertown, New York is under construction and expected to open in January 2027.

The Binghamton and Watertown developments mark the first in a planned series of next- generation convenience and travel centers that will bring together fuel services, convenience retail, and nationally recognized quick-service restaurants under one roof.

Strategically located near Interstates 81 and 86, the 6,800-square-foot travel center in Binghamton will feature a Circle K convenience store with eight fuel pumps, and two dedicated drive-thru lanes—one for Dunkin’ and one for Wendy’s. The location will also offer a non-traditional Papa Johns branded pizza product, providing travelers with an additional convenient food option alongside the center’s other restaurant offerings. The building layout was custom-engineered by The Briad Group’s in-house engineering team specifically for this partnership, creating a streamlined, single-tenant design that integrates all four brands into one modern travel center experience.

The development also reflects the growing shift toward fuel mobility - the transformation of traditional, single-purpose gas stations into integrated mobility hubs offering fueling and nationally recognized food, convenience retail and other services designed around the evolving needs of today's travelers.

The Binghamton location represents the first of a planned rollout of new Circle K travel centers across the New York region, with The Briad Group expecting to develop up to 40 locations as part of its long-term franchise development agreement with Circle K.

Peachtree Group provided development financing for the Binghamton and Watertown projects as part of a broader financing relationship with The Briad Group. Peachtree has committed up to $200 million to support The Briad Group’s development and acquisition of new convenience stores and mini-travel center sites over the next several years.

The Binghamton and Watertown grand openings will celebrate the launch of this new concept in the Northeast and introduce a travel-center model that has proven successful in other regions but remains largely untapped across the New York region.
