The Briad Group Announces Significant Financing Commitment from Peachtree Group to Expand Multi-Brand Convenience Store Developments
BISWIRE/Nov. 18, 2025 — The Briad Group (“Briad”) today announced a significant milestone in its convenience-retail growth strategy: targeting up to a $200 million commitment from Peachtree Group (“Peachtree”) to support the development and acquisition of new multi-brand convenience store and fuel retail sites across the Northeast.
The financing will enable Briad to launch two to four new locations annually over the next several years — each approximately 7,000 square feet and uniquely designed as multi-branded concepts featuring Circle K and nationally recognized quick-service restaurants such as Wendy's, Dunkin', Jimmy John's and Buffalo Wild Wings Go. These innovative developments are designed to blend fuel, convenience retail, and nationally recognized quick-service restaurants, offering travelers and local communities a modern, efficient experience.
“Our long-standing relationship with Peachtree has been built on trust and shared vision,” said Brad Honigfeld, Founder and CEO of The Briad Group. “They understand our business and growth strategy, and their ability to provide flexible capital makes them the ideal partner as we expand our footprint with Circle K, and nationally recognized quick-service concepts across New York and the Northeast.”
The financing builds upon Briad’s previously announced multi-brand (MSO) development agreement with Circle K — first reported by the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) on November 4, 2024 — to open 40 new franchised Circle K stores across Upstate New York, more than doubling Circle K’s current base of approximately 30 locations statewide.

Peachtree and Briad’s relationship spans more than a decade. Since 1999, Peachtree has provided Briad with over $100 million in financing for hotel developments under the Marriott and Hilton family of brands establishing the foundation of trust that now supports Briad’s continued diversification into convenience and fuel retail.
