SESCO Cement Selects Central Park Post Oak for New U.S. Headquarters in Houston

BISWIRE/Aug. 6, 2026 — SESCO Cement, the U.S. headquarters of a global cement distribution and terminal operations company, has leased 30,801 rentable square feet at Central Park Post Oak, occupying Floors 14 and 15 of the landmark office tower at 2000 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston's Galleria area. The new headquarters reflects the company's continued growth and long-term commitment to the U.S. market and further strengthens its presence in one of the nation's most important centers for global trade and commerce.

Headquartered in Houston, SESCO Cement supports infrastructure, commercial and regional construction markets while continuing to expand its operations throughout the United States and internationally. The new headquarters is designed to accommodate the company's growth, foster collaboration and position SESCO for future expansion.

"Houston is one of the world's great trade and business centers, making it the perfect location for our U.S. headquarters," said Rick Van Eyk II, CEO of SESCO Cement. "This new headquarters is more than an office investment—it represents our commitment to building a best-in-class organization that is positioned for long-term growth across the United States and beyond. As part of a global company, we are excited about the opportunities in front of us and remain committed to investing in the people, partnerships and infrastructure that will help drive our continued success for decades to come."

Houston's strategic location and business-friendly environment have played an integral role in SESCO's success. As the company continues to grow its footprint in the United States, the new headquarters’ space underscores SESCO's confidence in both the Houston market and its long-term vision.

SESCO was represented in the lease transaction by Hughes Marino, whose team identified Central Park Post Oak as the ideal location to support the company's operational needs, employee experience and future growth plans.

"SESCO Cement sought to elevate its office environment by choosing a location with walkable amenities to enhance the employee experience and provide flexibility to support long-term growth," said Chris Nash, Senior Vice President at Hughes Marino. "After evaluating a range of assets, Central Park Post Oak was chosen because of smaller-than-typical floor plates which will allow them two full floors, providing a unique corporate identity, greater operational efficiency, and capacity for future expansion."

Charles G. Fertitta, Jr., Executive Managing Director at Hughes Marino, added, "a favorable lease structure with a transformative redevelopment and a curated collection of food and beverage offerings lead SESCO to choose Central Park Post Oak for their future Houston headquarters."

The lease represents another significant milestone for SESCO Cement as it continues to invest in the people, infrastructure and partnerships that support its long-term growth strategy. With Houston serving as its U.S. headquarters, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities and further strengthen its role in the global cement supply chain.
