REVS Joins Hypercharge, Expanding EV Charging Capabilities Across the U.S.
BISWIRE/Nov. 4, 2026 – REVS Charging LLC ("REVS"), a Houston-based provider of turnkey electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has joined Hypercharge Networks Corp. (“Hypercharge”) following the completion of its acquisition on October 1, 2026. REVS is now a Hypercharge company and will continue serving property owners and managers across the United States.
The acquisition gives REVS access to additional technology, purchasing power and operational resources. REVS will continue providing Level 2 charging solutions for multifamily, condominium, hospitality and commercial properties, with flexible options for property owners.
REVS has a portfolio of more than 500 owned Level 2 charging ports and approximately 700 additional customer-owned charging ports deployed across the U.S. The company also holds long-term charging rights to approximately 55,000 apartment units nationwide.
