Real Realty announces the sale of two suburban multi-family transactions for a client completing a 1031 exchange

A 16-unit townhome style complex for $3.1 million. The long-term owner completed a 1031 exchange by purchasing a 43-unit apartment complex in Bradley, IL for $3.85 million. James Clough of Real Realty represented the Seller and the Buyer in both transactions.
