BISWIRE/July 8, 2025 — Golden Hill Business Park, situated off Highway 46 on Wisteria Lane in Paso Robles, has recently seen the opening of company headquarters, significant industrial expansions, and the announcement of a master planned industrial business park.   

During the past twelve months, there has been more industrial development activity in Paso Robles than any city in San Luis Obispo County or Santa Barbara County.

The industrial vacancy rate in Paso Robles is currently 3.8%, less than half the average vacancy rate in the State of California, according to Lee & Associates.

  • Beta USA, one of the largest growing manufacturers of high-quality on and off-road motorcycles, completed their 35,000 square feet North American headquarters within the business park.  "Our company has seen steady growth in the USA that revolves around a quality product and a service after the sale that we take pride in.   • Justin Winery recently completed a state-of-the-art fulfillment facility totaling 125,000 square feet.  Their total industrial complex exceeds 500,000 square feet in the Golden Hill Business Park.
  •  Wine Direct, a leader in Direct-to-Consumer services for the wine industry, recently expanded from 30,000 square feet within the Golden Hill Business Park to a brand new, state-of-the-art 196,000 square foot industrial facility nearby in Paso Robles. “We are thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our new fulfillment center in Paso Robles,” said Joe Waechter, CEO of Wine Direct.
  • Paso Commons is the exclusive master-planned industrial business park of its kind in the Central Coast, situated at the center of the Golden Hill Business Park.  The project is approved for 425,000 square feet of new industrial product across 7 parcels with buildings available from 20,000 to 125,000 square feet.    “The target company for Paso Commons is an industrial company looking for a prestigious business park environment in a pro-business coummunity, affordable housing for employees, a lower cost of doing business, and values the advantages of a brand new facility.   We plan to attract companies from nearby California regions that might be considering a move out of state from urban areas and can realize most of those benefits in the Central Coast of California,” said Britten Shuford, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PRG Investment and Management.
