Seeking Developers for Ground Lease Build in Highlands Ranch

BISWIRE/Feb. 3, 2026 — The Diocese of Colorado Springs is seeking proposals for independent development and operation of a 64-unit apartment project on a vacant 1.95-acre, in-fill parcel in Highlands Ranch subject to a 50-year ground lease held by the Diocese.
