Oakdale Capital Closes Off-Market Fayetteville, NC Multifamily Portfolio

Acquired off-market for $99,000 per unit, the portfolio represents the first investment completed through Oakdale Capital GP Fund, LP and establishes a strong foundation for the firm’s ongoing acquisition pipeline. The assets feature well-located, garden-style communities with proven rent growth, stable tenant bases, and material operational upside through renovation and management improvements.
The transaction was financed through Fannie Mae under attractive long-term, fixed-rate terms, providing positive leverage at acquisition and strong current cash yields. Carlisle Residential Properties, based in Greensboro, NC, will lead property management with its deep expertise in the Fayetteville market.
