LiRo-Hill Expands New England Operations with New Hires
BISWIRE/Oct. 30, 2025 — Demonstrating its continued growth in the New England region, LiRo-Hill is proud to welcome two new Vice Presidents to its leadership team: Jessica Randolph and Heather Ivester. Randolph will oversee Architectural operations across the New England region, while Ivester will oversee Transportation and Infrastructure operations in the region.
Randolph brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and project management, with a career defined by multidisciplinary collaboration and client-focused delivery. A licensed architect in Massachusetts, Maine, and Florida, she has led teams on complex projects across the industrial, life science, higher education, and public sectors, managing projects valued at more than $100 million. Her expertise includes project delivery strategy, quality management, and process improvement — with a particular focus on creating systems that enhance communication, efficiency, and client engagement. Randolph is also dedicated to giving back, serving in leadership roles with the Boston Society of Architects’ Impact by Design Knowledge Community and the Town of Andover’s Preservation Commission. She holds a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, and a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University.
Ivester has more than 30 years of leadership experience in transportation infrastructure, transit, and rail projects across New England. A licensed Professional Structural Engineer, she has directed large-scale programs exceeding $2 billion and led multidisciplinary teams for clients including the MBTA, MassDOT, Amtrak, and CTDOT. She is recognized for her expertise in program management, bridge design, and business development, as well as her commitment to sustainable and community-focused transportation solutions. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
