This latest addition will continue the firm’s mission to bring innovative and diverse investment opportunities in the commercial real estate credit markets to both institutional and high net worth investors.
The strategy will focus on being a direct lender in fixed and floating rate debt, along with managing construction and equity loans in commercial real estate across the United States. Our experience allows us to offer a wide range of investment and lending opportunities, ensuring that clients benefit from our industry knowledge and market insights.
Infinity Commercial Lending is led by Ben Easterlin who is joined by an experienced team of real estate professionals. The ICL team will combine its extensive expertise and rigorous underwriting process to provide clients with a unique alternative investment class. Dolly Laubach will be Head of Transaction Management in the same capacity as she held with the team previously.
