Melissa Alexander, Carrie Bobb, Liz Craig Honored at Bisnow Women Leading Real Estate Event
BISWIRE/Nov. 25, 2025 — Foundry Commercial is proud to announce that three brokers in the Nashville office were honored at the Nashville Bisnow Women Leading Real Estate series. Partner Melissa Alexander, SIOR has been named a Deal Maker of the Year, and Senior Vice President Carrie Bobb as well as Vice President Liz Craig have been recognized in the Leader of the Year category.
Bisnow, a leading publication in the commercial real estate industry, hosts the Women Leading Real Estate Event Series in 17 additional markets to honor the most influential women in commercial real estate. Honorees fall into one of four categories: Leader of the Year, Deal Maker of the Year, Innovator of the Year, and Rising Star. This is the first year the event has occurred in Nashville.
Women in the Deal Maker of the Year category were recognized for making a significant contribution to one or more major deals in and around Nashville. Leading Foundry’s Nashville Industrial team, Melissa Alexander, SIOR is a well-known powerhouse in the industry. Her team has been responsible for more than half a billion dollars in transaction volume since 2020. Notably, she handles leasing for the market’s largest new industrial development, Earhart Industrial Park, which totals over 2 million square feet. She also worked on the sale of 2 Dell Parkway, which sold for $76 million and set a record in the market for total value as well as a per-square-foot basis for infill, Class A properties.
As Leader of the Year nominees, Carrie Bobb and Liz Craig were recognized for ways in which they are moving the market forward. The duo works together to lead retail efforts in Nashville at Foundry. Most recently, Craig has handled leasing efforts for Canteen on Carothers, a destination mixed-use development in the Franklin area that will welcome big-name tenants such as Char, Barre3, Sweathauz, Forza Pilates, Penne Pazze, Doghaus and Scout’s Barbershop.
Bobb is an expert in placemaking for mixed-use developments. With California roots, she has had success in helping to position large, national brands in the South. Together, Bobb and Craig have built a partnership widely recognized throughout Nashville and beyond.

Honorees were celebrated at an event held on November 13th at Nashville’s Margaritaville Hotel.
