Falcon Realty Advisors Appoints Hunter Brous as Director of Landlord Services
BISWIRE/Feb. 3, 2026 — Falcon Realty Advisors announced today that Hunter Brous has joined the firm as Director of Landlord Services, supporting Falcon’s continued expansion of its landlord representation platform and long-term investment strategy.
Brous brings more than a decade of experience across retail and mixed-use real estate, most recently with Lincoln Property Company, where he worked across leasing, marketing, and development for a diverse portfolio of assets. His background includes tenant curation, underwriting, and development coordination, providing owners with a comprehensive, strategy-driven approach to asset performance.
The addition of Brous reflects Falcon’s focus on growing its landlord services business in a way that aligns with the firm’s relationship-driven, quality-over-quantity approach. With experience on both the landlord and tenant sides of the business, Brous strengthens Falcon’s ability to support owners with thoughtful strategies tailored to long-term goals.
