The new name reflects how the company's team works with clients: as partners and guides, from the first conversation through final turnover.

Encore’s sustained growth spans an expanding range of work. Encore builds multifamily, adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation, mixed-use, and commercial projects across the Chicagoland area, with services from feasibility and preconstruction through construction management and general contracting. Its portfolio includes notable developments such as the Arris and Inside Info in Lincoln Park and Residences at Eastbank in downtown Aurora, along with other key projects throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs.

The company’s new brand positioning, “Inside the Build,” reflects its commitment to keeping clients informed and involved, providing greater visibility into the people, processes, and decisions that shape each project.
