The hire marks a pivotal addition as the company approaches its 50th year in 2027. In the role, Holley will focus on strengthening client relationships, driving business development, and mentoring team members as the company invests in developing its next generation of leaders.

Holley brings 25 years of experience in architecture and construction to E.E. Reed. He most recently served as Market Development Executive for Allied Fire Protection, where he worked alongside senior leadership and sales teams with a focus on client relationships, business development, and forming strategic partnerships in Houston and across Texas. For the past 20 years, he has been a well-respected and visible presence in the commercial real estate industry, serving on a range of boards and committees including the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), the Texas Architect Committee, and the Construction Industry Advisory Board at Texas A&M University.
