CultureSpace Expands Austin Presence with New East Austin Showroom

Workplace Furniture Provider Plans East Sixth Street Showroom For Early 2027

BISWIRE/Oct. 22, 2026 – CultureSpace, a workplace furniture and solutions provider, is expanding its Austin presence with a new showroom at 1645 E. Sixth St., Suite 125, in East Austin. Renovations are underway, with the new showroom expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.

The new showroom will encompass approximately 12,000 square feet and represents an additional investment in Austin, which continues to be an important growth market for CultureSpace. The East Sixth Street location will become CultureSpace’s primary Austin showroom. Its approximately 10,000-square-foot showroom at 2023 Denton Drive in North Austin will continue operating alongside the new location.

“While Austin has always been a strong and important market for us, we see significant opportunity for continued growth,” said Brent Warrilow, president of CultureSpace. “This location puts us closer to where many of our clients and partners are already working, meeting, and doing business with great access to the larger Austin metroplex we service. We will also keep our current showroom as a North Austin option and an opportunity to expand what products we can display. This new space at Eastside Village gives us a much more central and convenient place to bring people together and make the showroom a bigger part of how we serve the Austin market.”

A Showroom Designed for the Client Experience

The new showroom is being designed as a working environment where clients can evaluate workplace furniture, technology, fabrics, finishes, and different types of work settings in person. Planned spaces include open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and areas for focused work.

A design studio with tunable lighting will allow clients to compare finishes, colors, materials, and textures under different lighting conditions, including those resembling daylight and typical office lighting. By more closely reflecting lighting conditions in a client’s own workplace, the studio will help clients understand how their selections may look in the space before making final decisions.

Rather than functioning solely as a furniture display, the showroom will demonstrate how different products and workplace settings can be combined and adapted to support an organization’s employees, culture, and day-to-day operations.

“We want clients to be able to sit in the furniture, compare options, and get a real sense of how different settings could work in their own workplace,” Warrilow said. “The goal is to help people feel confident in their decisions because they’ve had the chance to see and experience their options firsthand.”

“For a showroom like CultureSpace’s, the value of a location is in how easily clients can make it part of their project planning process,” said Ted Rohan of Avison Young. “East Sixth Street puts the showroom near where many of those clients and their project partners already do business. That makes it a practical choice for bringing decision-makers together to review options in person and move a project forward.”

CultureSpace partnered with Ted Rohan of Avison Young for tenant representation on the real estate transaction, while Seth Stuart of AQUILA Commercial represented the listing. The new showroom is being designed in collaboration with Studio Ambros and S Tipton Studio, with Ryan Morrow of Prevail Contracting providing project management services and C | Brooks Construction serving as the general contractor.

CultureSpace plans to host a grand opening following completion of the new showroom, with additional details to be announced.
