BISWIRE/July 31, 2026 — CultureSpace has renewed its lease at 1050 N. Post Oak Road, Suite 100, and is moving forward with a nearly 3,000-square-foot expansion of its Houston showroom.

Once complete, CultureSpace’s dedicated showroom and client experience space will total almost 18,000 square feet. The expansion is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The lease renewal secures CultureSpace’s long-term presence at its North Post Oak location, where the commercial furniture dealership has operated for four years. The showroom expansion will give the company more room to support continued growth in the Houston market.

CultureSpace has experienced approximately 30% year-over-year growth in Houston for four consecutive years, helping drive the decision to expand.

With the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, continuing to drive investment and innovation across the region, CultureSpace will devote more of the expanded showroom to medical furniture and healthcare applications. The added displays will give Houston organizations more opportunities to evaluate solutions for clinical, administrative, and patient-facing environments.

The expansion will also introduce interactive technology, additional complete furniture applications, and more space for client meetings, industry events, and hospitality.
