Neyland will lead the firm's new Dallas platform, while operations remain at its Charleston headquarters.

Neyland will oversee origination, underwriting, due diligence and execution across the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest, while fostering the firm's broker relationships. She brings 13 years of convenience retail experience from Crow Holdings, where she most recently served as Director, focused on the Southeast and Texas. She holds a BBA and MSA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
