Bisnow’s Netherlands State of the Market To Examine Dutch Capital, Placemaking And The Grid Crunch
BISWIRE/Oct. 27, 2026 — Bisnow’s 2026 Netherlands State of the Market will bring together senior investors, developers, asset managers and occupiers on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at KIT Events in Amsterdam for a morning on what is driving capital, constraining growth and setting the Dutch real estate agenda.
Dutch CRE investment hit a record €4.1bn in Q1 2026, but nearly all of it came from domestic investors. At the same time, the national grid is full, with 12,000 companies waiting for connections, forcing logistics developers to rethink where and how they build. Mixed-use and placemaking are emerging as key strategies for long-term returns in urban real estate.
Attendees will learn who is buying, where and how deals are being structured to close; how developers and investors are working around grid congestion; what mixed-use and placemaking schemes are delivering financially; how the largest logistics and retail occupiers are changing what they need from space; and where industry leaders see the best risk-adjusted opportunities in Dutch CRE.
The program will feature three panels, a presentation and a keynote:
