Bisnow’s Chicago Property Management & Operations Summit To Explore Cost Control, Retention And Proptech
BISWIRE/Oct. 29, 2026 — Bisnow’s Chicago Property Management & Operations Summit will bring together property managers, owners, developers, investors and operators on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Warwick Allerton-Chicago. The morning program will look at how the city’s top operators are cutting costs, boosting retention and putting proptech to work across office, multifamily and industrial portfolios.
Chicago’s property managers are working in a market with new momentum. Multifamily occupancy reached 94.9% in the second quarter, and downtown office vacancy posted its first quarterly decline in 15 quarters.
