Vice President, Property Management

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the VP of Property Management will lead and elevate the firm's in-house property management platform. This is an executive-level role with broad operational authority, responsible for building the infrastructure, processes and team culture that will carry the company into its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Partnering with the CEO and COO to establish operational strategy and portfolio performance goals
  
• Overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets with accountability for tenant satisfaction, asset preservation and operational consistency
  
• Managing, mentoring and developing a team of Property Managers while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  
• Overseeing annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, delinquency management and financial performance across the portfolio
  
• Providing executive oversight of commercial lease administration including amendments, renewals, estoppels and SNDAs
  
• Developing executive-level reporting packages and standardized dashboards that provide meaningful portfolio insights
  
• Building trusted relationships with tenants, investors, lenders, contractors and vendors as the senior operational representative for ownership

This role will be a fit for you if you have 10 or more years of commercial property management experience including team leadership and a track record of building scalable systems in entrepreneurial environments. Retail CRE experience is strongly preferred and advanced Yardi proficiency is required. Candidates who bring executive presence, strong financial acumen and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on will be well positioned.

Development Project Manager

The Development Project Manager will serve as the bridge between ownership, design professionals and construction partners across the firm's ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts and capital initiatives. This is a field-engaged role with full project lifecycle ownership from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading day-to-day execution of commercial development projects from design through project closeout
  
• Managing ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts and capital improvement initiatives
  
• Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and municipal agencies to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery
  
• Developing and managing project budgets, reviewing pay applications, change orders and contractor billing
  
• Leading contractor bidding, procurement and vendor selection processes and administering construction contracts
  
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules while proactively addressing delays and budget variances
  
• Providing regular project updates and executive reporting to senior leadership

This role will be a fit for you if you have 7 or more years of commercial construction or development project management experience with a proven record delivering ground-up or large-scale redevelopment projects. Retail experience is encouraged. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or comparable platforms is expected, along with a strong command of AIA contract administration and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
