Regional Manager
This is a field-forward leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities in the Denver market. Unlike regional roles at larger institutional firms, this position is built around significant on-site presence, direct collaboration with Community Managers and maintenance teams and real-time problem solving across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing daily operations across multiple multifamily communities to drive consistent performance and resident satisfaction
- Conducting regular property inspections and managing maintenance activities, capital projects and overall asset performance
- Leading leasing and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy, retention and revenue goals
- Training and mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams to build high-performing operations
- Supervising move-out inspections, unit renovations and move-in coordination to minimize vacancy loss
- Monitoring financial reports and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability
This role will be a fit for you if you have 5 or more years of multifamily property management experience including regional or multi-site oversight and genuinely prefer spending time in the field over operating from a desk. Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will take ownership of the firm's debt portfolio and capital markets activity, working directly alongside executive leadership to manage lender relationships, evaluate refinancing opportunities and help shape the company's capital structure. This is a high-visibility role in a lean environment where a strong finance professional can operate well beyond the scope of a traditional corporate position.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing and tracking debt obligations, loan maturities, refinancing opportunities and payoff schedules
- Monitoring interest rate trends, capital markets activity and broader economic conditions
- Coordinating with lenders, brokers and financial institutions to support loan negotiations and refinancing
- Analyzing portfolio performance and providing financing recommendations to executive leadership
- Assisting with financing activities related to acquired or foreclosed properties
