Portfolio Maintenance Manager
This role is the operational backbone of the firm's physical assets. The Portfolio Maintenance Manager will travel regularly across the portfolio to support on-site teams, oversee all building systems and drive maintenance performance and compliance at every property.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting regular property visits to inspect, support on-site teams and resolve maintenance issues hands-on
- Overseeing HVAC, mechanical and life safety systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, boilers, FACP and sprinklers
- Managing pool and spa operations across all properties, maintaining chemical balance, equipment and health code compliance
- Leading and developing on-site maintenance teams through hiring, mentoring and performance management
- Managing vendors and maintenance budgets, negotiating contracts and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs including work order completion, PM rates and unit turnover through Entrata
- Implementing and enforcing SOPs and preventive maintenance programs portfolio-wide
This role will be a fit for you if you have 5-10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or student housing, hold an EPA 608 Certification and CPO Certification, and are comfortable operating across multiple sites simultaneously. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Corporate Marketing Manager

Director of Property Operations
The Director of Property Operations will oversee the full operational performance of the firm's student housing portfolio, bridging property-level execution with corporate objectives and driving excellence across leasing, maintenance, budgeting and resident services.
