What You’ll Be Doing:

• Originating, structuring, and closing commercial real estate financing transactions end-to-end
  
• Leveraging and expanding relationships with investors, developers, and owners nationwide
  
• Analyzing financials and positioning deals effectively for the market
  
• Sourcing and negotiating optimal debt and equity solutions
  
• Driving transactions through closing in coordination with lenders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a commercial mortgage broker or capital markets professional
  
• Strong lender relationships and deep understanding of CRE finance
  
• Advanced structuring and negotiation skills
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a personal book of business
  
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
