SelectLeaders’ Client Seeks Assistant Project Manager in Lakewood, Colorado

This full-time, office-based position is located in Lakewood, Colorado and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus and potential business development commissions. The firm, founded in 2022, partners exclusively with ownership groups on 100% private projects and has rapidly expanded to support national assignments. 

The Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s growing construction management team. This individual will help lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating across design teams, contractors, clients and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project Planning and Coordination
  
• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to define scope and objectives
  
• Developing project timelines, budgets and resource plans
  
• Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations and contractor selection
  
• Coordinating with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
  
• Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project and Excel
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000–$110,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
