Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards for hospital and medical projects
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital teams to meet milestones
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Monitor risks, review invoices, and negotiate contracts
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of healthcare construction project management experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of hospital regulations, infection control, and specialized facility requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000–$174,999 with performance incentives
